The host, Massimo, was very kind and helpful, explained everything and raised our attention for the important things. The apartment was very nice and clean, the furniture in the living room was better (different from the image) and cosy. The AC helped a lot in the hot days. The location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance of the most populare places and 10 seconds walk there is the metro station.

A few more tools in the kitchen (e.g. cutting board, knives) could be useful, just small things, nothing essential would make the apartment to be more than perfect.

The location of these apartments was ideal for us as they were not far from the main train terminal, they were close to the Colosseum with a Metro station close by, a coffee and pastries shop a couple of doors down and a few little shops and pizza places round the corner. We were greeted by our host Massimo, who was very welcoming and informative and keen to give us any advice and assistance he could. The apartments themselves were on a lovely street and were very clean and ideal for family groups holidaying together like us, as we each had our own space within the same building. They were also good value for money.

The only thing we would say, is that we felt there wasn't sufficient equipment in the kitchen to prepare more than a very basic meal, which didn't cause us an issue as we ate out most of the time, but it would have been nice to have the option. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, a leaking shower tray and a faulty toilet flush, but as each apartment had two toilets it didn't cause us any major problems.

The owner Massimo was a very friendly and relaxed guy. He knew the neighbourhood well and gave us some tips and directions around the area. Literally where we could buy laundry detergent and where the nearest Michaelangelo sculpture was! The location was excellent. You could see the Colloseum from the corner but at the same time you weren't fighting past tourists or folk looking to bother tourists when you were going in and out about your business. The flat was two floors above street level but you came in from the street, up one floor and then there was a garden/courtyard you'd cross to get up the next floor. This meant despite a really central location there was no streetscene noises if you had the window open. A couple of doors down on the ground floor there was a little pasta place that did takeout, so we were able to get some fettuccine and some wine and plug our Chromecast in to watch the new Star Trek! I hadn't known when I had booked the property it had a washing machine which was very handy as it meant I could put a load on, nip out to the Colloseum and then be back to hang it up before heading off to somewhere further afield. The shower was good, the bed was comfortable, the fridge kept breakfast stuff cold. Everything worked the way it is supposed to.

There was literally nothing to complain about with this flat. It was ideal for our time in Rome.

Massimo is a wonderful host who not only got in touch with us prior to checkin but also helped us to check in with luggage. Our apartment was equipped basic but was equipped with necessary items- be it the kitchen or the bathroom. The location of the apartment is terrific & is accessible by walking to the majority of the attractions, train station & bus stops. It is also surrounded by good cafes, pizzeria & other restaurants offering variety. In case anyone is interested in cooking a few meals, the mercato is also located in the area to buy fresh ingredients. I would like to thank the host once again for the great hospitality & mindfulness when it came to offering us tips to go around Rome.

There was nothing to dislike

I can say that the apartment was above my expectations. Personally I think it’s better than the pictures. The location was great next to the metro station and in a neighbourhood that felt safe with lots of options for food and coffee. Massimo was very helpful with us and gave us tips for our stay. Also very positive that we had almost everyday new towels. I would definitely recommend it for a family

The only minor downside is the fact that the soundproof of the building is not the best. You can hear other residents or the door closing but I can’t say that it changed the very nice experience that we had

Location was great. About 20 min walk from Termini train station. Would advise getting a taxi as cobbled streets are difficult with luggage. Download the FREENOW App to book taxis. Journey is priced and paid for beforehand so no surprise fees. Close to Trevi Fountain and Colleseum. Cavour stop is just across the road. We had double bed and bunk beds in 2 separate rooms. Double room had ensuite toilet and handbasin. Massimo contacted us on WhatsApp before arrival and was very helpful. Good WiFi. Fridge, freezer, microwave. No problem finding gluten free restaurants, lovely bakery nearby doing breakfast lunch and dinner and a fab selection of pastries, cakes, pasta, pizza and sandwiches. It was called Ciardi.

Only one suggestion- would have liked some extra pillows. We didn't ask for extra so this is not a complaint.

Massimo was the best host. He welcomed us, showed us everything we have to see, warned us to be careful. When we locked ourselves out of the apartment he came within minutes to let us in the aparment. During our stay washing mashine broke down, he went and bought us bowl for washing laundry as well as detergent. We had clean towels every 2 days. The apartment is in such quiet street, excellent restaurant next door, excellent ice cream 20 meters away as well as caffe bar. Collosseo is 5 min walk. Location is excellent we almost didn't have to use public transport. Next time we come to Rome we will book with Massimo again.

Nothing, everything was excellent

We had planned a 6 day stay in Rome at the end of our vacation. The location was right in the center of Rome, a five minute walk to the Colosseum, 15 minute walk to the train station and with walking distance of most of the sights of Rome and many restaurants and bars. The apartment was located in an inner courtyard and was so peaceful and quiet. You couldn’t hear the busy street sounds at all. Massimo, the host was extra helpful and gave us a few local restaurant, gelateria and supermarket recommendations. The place itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. WiFi was excellent. Bonus was the cleaning and towel service every other day plus washing machine and drying rack! I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Rome and want a bit more space than a hotel room.

Everything was perfect. Only minor negative was the shower was tiny. It worked perfectly and was fine for us but it may be a problem for a bigger person

We had the apartment in second floor, we were two couples. The apt is very close to the Colosseum (so it is a bit farther walk to Piazza Navona and other tourist attractions but we didn't mind walking). One bedroom had a queen bed, the other was a twin bunk beds. The place was clean, the host Massimo was great and met us at apartment to give us our keys. We arrived early so we were able to leave our luggage and check in earlier which was wonderful. Massimo was helpful with recommendations for restaurants, places to go which was great. Lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping in vicinity. The big plus to this place was two bathrooms! One bedroom had a 1/2 bath in the room and the the other full bath was in common area. Traveling as a couple this was a great bonus for us. The shower was remodeled and had lot of water pressure and both a rain shower and a handheld. Kitchen seemed to have everything but we didn't use it except to put some water in fridge. Overall highly recommend this apartment.

The wifi seemed to be limited to two devices, there were four of us and no more than two of us could ever get connected. The owner should check in on this. Only other thing is pillows weren't too comfortable but this seemed to be a common problem in most places we stayed in Italy.

The location cannot be better! The apartment is super clean, modern, with all the features that make for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The ancient Roman stone in the walls was a highlight!

If I had to nitpick, we couldn’t get the shower wand to work. And there are a lot of stairs up and down. But none of that outweighs how great everything else is.
