The location is excellent, as we walked from the train station to the B&B and several sites were easily accessible by walking. The Pizza was beautiful and there is a good selection of restaurants in the Monti neighbourhood. It was a wonderful convenience to have access to a lift after a long day of walking, given the room is on the 3rd floor. It was also nice to have a mini fridge, kettle and coffee maker, as well as glasses, plates and cutlery. The host, who greeted us upon arrival, was most welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the B&B to friends and family.

Great location! Very cozy appartment with everything you could need. Very clean. Earlier check-in was not a problem - free of charge. We could leave also our lugage after the check-out. In the closest area there are great restaurants, shops and cafes. Close to the subway and bus stops. Very good contact with the host. We get a bunch of advices and suggestions about the places to visit, location of the best shops and indication of restarants with good ratio quality/price. The host organised an airport transfer from the appartment. Nothing could be done in the better way.

The location is ridiculously convenient, with many attractions and transportation options nearby, including the Colosseum and Vatican, and the room was clean, comfortable, and secure. There was just enough room for the three of us to crash into our very comfy beds after Rome-ing all day. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. They were helpful and communicative and gave excellent directions on how to get into the building. They even gave recommendations for dining and other amenities nearby, as well as how to navigate Rome to and from the airport. Overall a very pleasant experience that exceeded our expectations.

Something to note is that downtown Rome has a nightlife and can be a bit noisy for those who are light sleepers.

The place was located centrally(about 20 minutes walking from all of the main attractions, 10 by bus) usually i am a bit sceptical about these apartments but this was amazing , its the type of apartment that you get what you pay for Clean, comfy beds and hot shower water Wifi is fast and its completely safe The staff is super friendly and available 24/7 for any issue I would diffidently cone back again.

The only thing was about the noise at night which is not a big issue, and the host know the problem and he has ear plugs when you go to the apartment

Positioned at the centre of Rome it is ideal for tourism. Just a few steps next to Colosseo and Metro. The owner is very supportive and always assists with any issue. The room was cleaned every two days and the cleaning was satisfactory.

The room is in an old building with a tiny elevator. Not ideal for moving luggage. The room was very small for three beds and there was hardly room to position three suitcases. Not value for money, but even considering this, its one of the most economic solutions.

The location is great--right in the heart of historic Rome, in the trendy Monti area with boutiques and restaurants, and just a few blocks from the Cavour metro station. The staff were friendly and clear with communication, and even sent short videos about using the apartment--thanks Giuseppe! The apartment is spacious and beautifully designed with high end finishes, tall ceilings, and large windows that open for fresh air. I really appreciated the elevator up to the 3rd floor, and it was easy to leave luggage in the reception room so that I could check out before I needed to leave for my flight.

The piazza below can be quite loud, though earplugs are kindly provided, the windows block most of the noise, and I had no trouble sleeping. If you need total silence for sleep, this might not be the ideal location. But if you're going to Rome to immerse yourself in Italian daily life, then the murmur of conversation, the clinking of cafe glasses, and the flow of the piazza's fountain will be magical. I highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely clean beautifully decorated room and modern bathroom, the shower pressure was great, it’s perfect for a couple of days in Roma. The location is outstanding so central to sightseeing and loads of eatery’s nearby. The bed was super comfy and there was espresso machine in the room, kettle and 2 wine glasses. Lovely outlook onto the piazza and fountain. Giuseppe was fantastic with communication and offering suggestions. A wonderful host.

It was noisy from the piazza below but we were provided with ear plugs. I think the noise is a general in Roma.

I loved the amenities and the location. The host was very friendly and easy to work with. Any issues I initially had were dealt with immediately. He was always available anytime I needed him and responded to all my texts. The process was flawless. I checked in very easily. The room was very comfortable to include the bed. I especially loved the bathroom and shower. The room was nicely decorated and it had a very nice balcony to sit on. I was centrally located and could walk easily to restaurants' and the coliseum. I would definitely stay here again. The place is accessible by keypads and I was provided the codes and a video to show where the entrance was and how to enter.

The location was great with lots of character and restaurants. It is close enough to walk to all the sights but with a tiny bit of distance that it doesn’t feel super touristy. The room decor was also very good. I also particularly liked the 2 large windows that open.

The scuffed walls would benefit from a coat of paint. If you need absolute silence to sleep, the room facing the road may not be for you, not much can be done about that but earplugs were provided.

Very close to the metro, great food options all around and near to the sightseeing attractions. The room was cozy and toilet was clean & modern. Though there wasn’t anyone at the place to help, Giuseppe was in contact with us throughout the stay and gave great food recommendations.

Can be quite noisy sometimes as there are food establishments right downstairs.
