The hotel was in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of the coliseum. The room we stayed in was spacious, modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.

The hotel needs a ramp at the front for luggage and wheelchair access

Hotel is located just a block or so from the Colosseum. Celeste at the front desk was very nice checking us in. Room was basically brand new. Very large. View of the city. Five minute walk to the Colosseum. 15 minute walk from wedding cake, down through the ancient ruins by the Colosseum and right to the hotel. Also nice little restaurant Benos next to the hotel with quaint outdoor dining and good food and service if not eating in hotel. Excellent breakfast, great Wi-Fi, great shower and AC. Subway station literally behind the hotel. Really excellent stay.

Sandro at breakfast was always curiously taking away the croissants. ?? Never greeted us at all. ? The girl named Lady at breakfast was exceptionally nice .

We fully enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, with very comfortable beds, which was quite important especially after our long walks in the city. Very clean facilities and the staff gentle and helpful. The breakfast provided many choices including Italian dishes such as fresh pizza and panini. The hotel is located close to famous spots of Rome, i.e., Fontana di Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon etc.

Beware of pick pockets along via Cavour.

Staff was friendly. Room was so good, clean, modern and comfortable.

Only downside is I wish there was a parking garage. Other than that the experience was amazing!

Spacious room and bathroom, room service and bar/restaurant available for guests. The location is fabulous, just in the heart of Monti suburb, walking distance to Termini train station and Rome's main attractions such as Colusseum, Forum etc). Cavour metro station (blue line) just around the corner to reach any other place of interest.The hotel also has a small gym on the firat floor available for guests.

Buffet breakfast is available for guests and fairly good for 20€ per person. Cheaper and good options are also available in cafes nearby in Monti area including delicious coffees and continental breakfast. We tried Monti bar which was fabulous!

The hotel has a great location, very close to historical landmarks of Rome. You could walk almost everywhere. All the staff was very friendly, special thanks to Cristiano from Front Office. His suggestions are priceless! We have stayed in a quiet big room, almost like a flat. The room design looks a little bit old but the bed was so comfortable. The street is noisy and could be disturbing when the windows are open, so we preferred to close them during night. The first day, we had breakfast at hotel, it was really good with a wide selection. And it was free for our son (9 years old).

I would like the price to be lower, but most of the central hotels in Rome are expensive.

Our stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The room was modern, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and great recommendations. The breakfast was amazing — a great selection of fresh and good food that gave us the perfect start to our days. Another big plus was the location: right in the heart of Rome, within walking distance to most major tourist attractions. It couldn’t have been more convenient! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. It made our vacation even more enjoyable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The room was excellent, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Good city views and windows had excellent noise cancellation when shut blocking out traffic noise. Would have no hesitations in booking again, exceeded my expectations. A+

There appears to be renovations happening on the 7th and 8th floors, resulting in some noise through the day, but I wouldn't say this was a problem as the majority of people are out visiting the city during this period. If you were a business traveller and required to sleep during 9:00-17:00 hours this may be a problem. Overall this is the only negative I could find.

Location was excellent with 2-3 mins walk to Colosseum , friendly staff specially Cristiano at the reception, lots of nice restaurants at stone's throw away. We stayed in 2 rooms on 7th floor and views from the windows were beautiful roman buildings. Very modern bathrooms with a door separating toilet + bidet from Shower room. Shower room therefore also acted as dressing room in almost all rooms. Taxi arriving in 2 mins to all destinations. Nearest train station was 2-3 mins walk. Pick up point of Golf cart tours of Rome with wheel tours was 5 mins walk
