Great location, friendly staff, unexpected fabulous room upgrade, gorgeous junior suite with huge balcony and view. Our flight left early and they made us coffee and croissants…

Booked a taxi to the airport based on hotel employees recommendation but even after confirming the price was the same with the reservation and that they took credit cards, they did not take credit cards and the price was significantly higher than quoted. I did not have enough Euros and had to pay extra in US dollars - embarrassing and annoying. Everything else was perfect.

Hotel was in an excellent location. We chose it as it was very close to the Cavour metro stations. It was a few yards walk to either one ( north or south bound). Also the Colosseum was about a 10 minute walk. In the Via Cavour you are spoilt for choice of excellent restaurants and cafes so getting something to eat was never difficult. The hotel itself was very clean. Housekeeping each day replaced towels etc. Room was a decent size for two occupants. Fantastic shower! We opted for breakfast which was buffet style. Good choice of cold foods, cereals, juices, coffee, fruit, yoghurt. A choice of eggs and bacon as well. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Had an issue with the room temperature- it was too hot and couldn’t be controlled from the room thermostat. Reception explained that the hotel was heated in the winter outwith the room thermostats but they turned off the radiator in the bathroom and also the heat coming into the room and it made it a lot more comfortable to sleep in.

Nothing really bit to like. Couldn’t have chosen a better hotel in a fantastic location

We were a little disappointed by the lack of any small gesture towards our honeymoon. A free drink /giftor similar would have made our arrival on our honeymoon feel really special

The location of the hotel was ideal for us. Very close to the metro and Termini station, for walking to the colesseum, Forum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon and lots of good eating and drinking places. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was at the back of the hotel and had no view but was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent with good coffee.

Clean, great location, comfortble bedding, nice bathroom and amenities in it, Staff was pleasant and helpful and tried to correct any minor issues.

We were three adults. Not enough electrical outlets. Maybe 4 in total? Because nowdays we all have devices to charge it would be nice to have outlets on each side of bed, or a nightstand with a USB for charging. No outlet to plug the kettle into, so the tea/coffee in the room was difficult. Had to unplug the minifridge and put kettle on the floor to use. However, staff offered to bring hot tea and coffee up to us, which was very nice. Staff was super! Room Telephone didnt work because it was missing the wall socket so we could not call the front desk and had to go down to talk to them. They tried to fix but were unable to.

Our room was a Junior Suite. I was delightfully surprised by the size of the private outdoor terrace we had. I loved being in Monti. The hotel is located on Via Cavour, and at the end of the street is the Roman Forum. To the right is the Colosseum, and as you’re walking down Via Cavour you can see glimpses of the Colosseum. There are so many hip cafes, restaurants, and gelaterias in the back streets. Monti is central- close to Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, and is really the heart of Ancient Rome. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was good and the rooftop location was beautiful.

No on-site restaurant made it a bit challenging to get food if you wanted room service. We had an issue with our room not being cleaned, but I believe it was a misunderstanding.

Great location, staff were very helpful, beds comfortable, and good shower and jacuzzi bath (much needed after a hot day of sightseeing!)

Rooftop bar was closed for all but the last day of our stay. When we went on the last evening it was very, very expensive. A nice view from the terasse, but not worth it for the price.

The location was ideal for visiting the colosseum. The shower was perfect! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet, even though it's located in the centre of Rome! The rooftop breakfast was amazing, the weather and view perfect. Breakfast was served between 7:30 until 9:30 am (weekdays) which is perfect for an early or late start! Also there was so much selection, the chocolate croissants are divine! There is even luggage storage, for free!

There was nothing not to like, the worst part was the lack of view from the window!

The room was spacious. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was superb. A nice neighbourhood, close to many of the main attractions.

The water in the mini-bar possibly should have been included in the price.

clean place, got a flash deal as we needed an “emergency stay” over 1 night in Rome after our flight was cancelled

we paid the city tax twice sadly. once on booking and when checking in we have paid it again at the front desk, this shouldnt happen.
