I stayed here as a solo traveler last month, I apologise to the hotel I did non have the time to leave the review last month and dropped it yesterday, after the incredible experience I had me an my family had to return here so we booked 2 rooms in October, I must say it doesn't get better than this, the hotel is amazing, from the rooms to the rooftop, patio , breakfast (don't even get me started 🥞) to the amazing staff Colorado, Raffaele , Gianluca , Maura ,Abre , to the amazing location the hotel is situated in (in Monti district, which is not a tourist trap but still 10 minutes walking distance to the Colosseum, 15 minutes walking distance to the Trevi fountain , 20 minutes walking distance to the Pantheon , Navona square and Spanish steps, a four star hotel with a five star service , ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location was perfect and metro station was only a couple of minutes walk, very convenient. Walk to Trevi, Pantheon, and Coliseum was breathtaking and everything I imagined Rome to be. Breakfast was good and fresh coffees were made on the spot. All staff members were polite, helpful, and went out of their way to proved exceptional service. Wonderful experience.

I remember getting to the room and thinking “hmmm, thought it would be a bit bigger for that price”. Don’t get me wrong, the room was beautiful and had every amenity as advertised. Just didn’t get that equal price to size ratio feeling but was a wonderful experience and worth a bit extra.

What a wonderful stay at the gem of a hotel in a perfect location only minutes from all the main attractions. The staff were absolutely amazing and so accommodating to every need. They gave some fantastic recommends for visits, bars and restaurants. Their attention to detail and looking after their guests was superb. Excellent breakfast, lovely room, and a super private spa is highly recommended. The roof top terrace was also wonderful and the hotel also provided a happy hour each day with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a lovely touch. We will definitely be back. Thank You

There was nothing at all that we could fault about the hotel or staff. It was amazing.

This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. All of the staff were exceptional, the rooms were amazing (we stayed in 2 gorgeous rooms!) and the location was perfect. Close to many of the main sites without being too touristy. Great bars, little laneways, and incredible restaurant recommendations from the hotel. But the most wonderful thing of all was the staff. Colorado, Paolo and Gianluca were AMAZING. So helpful with anything/everything we needed. We loved them. Highly recommend having breakfast on the rooftop one day, weather permitting. Also be sure to visit the rooftop at Terrazza Borromini!! (Thanks Paolo!!) We love you all and we’ll be back!! Jess & Adam.

I cannot fault this hotel; small and personal. It is immaculate, the food is lovely, the facilities for a small hotel are very good. The best thing about this hotel are the staff, they are all exceptional. Their customer service skills are on point; nothing is too much trouble, they all went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was my birthday during our stay and they made it extra special for me, thank you.

The staff and the free breakfast was outstanding! We had a personal tour of our room upon check-in. The staff was very friendly and personable. I will stay here every time I visit Rome! The staff suggested food every day and it was delicious! This hotel is outstanding, it is small but very personable and I highly reccommend! The sauna was wonderful as well.

Breakfast was delicious! Location was a little hard to find, but once located it's easy to spot. The building is tiny. That's not really a complaint. I'm just an American used to larger.

I'm nitpicking here, but my room was tiny. I could've used a little more space. Additionally, the edges on the shower doors were all messed up and didn't close properly. Again, I'm pointing out small problems here.

The hotel staff was amazing, making sure our stay is pleasant and every request was answered positively, the room size is reasonable and include a small living room in addition to the bed. The breakfast is good, you can order an omelet as you wish and of course a nice buffet

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay with them exceptional. Our taxi from the cruise port dropped us off 3 blocks from the hotel and said all we needed to do was walk down this alley that the taxi could not enter. The alley ended at the top of about 50 steep stairs. My husband and I are both 70 years old and we had luggage for a month's vacation in Europe. We would not even attempt to descend the very steep stairs on our own. I went down the stairs and found the hotel another block away. When I explained to the nice lady at the hotel our problem, she immediately sent someone with me back up the hill and they carried our luggage all the way back to the hotel. Then she insisted we relax and enjoy a delicious breakfast. When we finished, she had us all checked in and our luggage waiting for us in our room. They made a very stressful situation for us, completely disappear. We felt so pampered, and our entire stay was perfect in every way. The morning we had to leave to go to the airport at 6:30, they had someone come in early (at 6:00) just to prepare breakfast for us because their breakfast begins at 7:00. At 6:30 they had a taxi waiting for us to go to the airport. We will always recommend this hotel as the BEST in Rome.

I cannot think of one thing that I did not like about this beautiful hotel.

Central hotel in Monti area, 10-15min from all monuments. Monti has many options for food and drinks especially during the night. So aesthetic! The staff more than helpful, very kind, every question was answered with a big smile. Thank you.

The breakfast was delicious especially the sweet options, need to enhance the "salty" option.
