Absolutely exceptional! We felt like a) staying in a palace or museum; b) at the same time, welcomed like in a relative's or friend's' house. We appreciated the ability to serve ourselves tea/coffee/juice throughout the day :) and some pastry and fruits for breakfast. It is close to termini and to city center attractions from this accomodation. But what maked the stay especially great was all the people that work there, they all were super friendly and helpful. Thank you guys!!!

Wifi was working not everywhere.

This hotel was only a short walk from Roma Termini and we felt very safe! Of course you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times in big cities, but the area was very safe. The hotel itself was incredibly clean, cute, the typical Italian experience we were hoping for! They have common rooms for drinks and snacks and a large refrigerator if you want to bring back wine or snacks. There is also an elevator so you don’t have to lug your huge bags up the stairs!! 10/10 we were very thrilled with this hotel and staff!

Nothing. The Italian showers without doors are difficult to get used to, but that’s not specific to this hotel, just something to be aware of!

Convenient location in the city center, all the main attractions are no more than half an hour's walk away. There is also a metro station nearby. A pleasant bonus in the form of a shared kitchen where you can always get tea, coffee, croissant, fruit and yogurt for breakfast.

After midnight the pressure in the shower was dropping off significantly and the water hardly heated up at all.

The hotel is located in the central area and everything is close, it is also about 10 minutes walk from the Termini station. The stuff is very helpful and friendly, there is coffee and breakfast as a compliment, it’s very clean, cosy and quiet place. It is ideal choice for touristic travelling.

Pretty chill Accomodation. Very clean and staff was very nice. There are opening hours, so be aware of this, but I guess it’s not needed much. You guys get an open area part for breakfast and they provide you with the little things for breakfast.

Locking doors was a bit tricky but everything was fine throughout

Not too hard to find, just keep an eye on the building numbers as the sign outside is small. Overall a great stay. The staff were friendly and the owners very kindly took us on a golf cart tour (extra cost). Thank you Hector and Anna! (Hope I hit your names correct!) The accommodation itself was clean and we had a balcony, which was nice. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. We walked to the coliseum which was not too bad at all.

The lift is small but this is an old building. It was big enough for two people and a suit case.

Beautiful property, close to all the tourist attractions. The staff offered us free breakfast in a common area – the muffins are a sight! The room is beautiful, bigger than you see in the photos and we had super comfortable bed. The cleaning is done very thoroughly. They even made us find appetizers in the room and a bottle of wine! Memorable stay! We want to recommend it to everyone!

The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was great, in walking distance of the Colusseum and plenty of good places to eat nearby too.

Only a couple of small suggestions: It wasn't that easy to find the accommodation as the sign is very small. A chest of drawers would be a useful addition to the room we had.

The location is super great. near to everything. We walked everywhere, even in Vatican city. we havan't use bus or any other public transport. Hotel staff is sweet and kind, always try to help. I would recommend this place 🎀

Friendly staff, clean, good location. I loved being able to make coffee in the morning in the common area, where breakfast options also were offered. We booked the entire week so we could travel by train to other cities and return, like we were returning home. That made our traveling that much easier.

It was a little noisy on the first floor late at night, as some people visiting the building probably didn't realize people were trying to sleep.
