I loved staying here. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful all the time. Check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location is also great it is located in a good district and its close to many landmarks and also the train station. I would love to stay here again if I ever come back to Rome again.

Bathroom was big but the shower was a bit small and at night it took a bit to get the hot water. The minibar wasn’t working maybe because of the renovations. Other than that, there are no problems everything was nice. My only recommendation would be to have kettle and water to make coffee or tea in the rooms and that’s it.

Loved everything! The location is perfect for most touristy things in Rome with good bus connections, metro, and things like the colosseum being walking distance. AND you’re in Monti, which is a slightly underrated neighbourhood so you also get to explore things other tourists probably won’t. Lots of great shops and also places to eat (which are not tourist traps or overhyped but actually hidden gems) We got a corner room with a balcony so our view of the street was super pretty too. Staff are extremely nice, and let us keep our bags at reception for free after check out for the whole day (in comparison, the hotel we were going to next was charging us to store the bags) Great service overall

The location of the hotel was perfect. We reached our hotel within a few minutes walk from the Termini. The staff was very attentive and greeted us with a smile, providing support in every way. It has a great terrace where you can sit in the evenings and enjoy the view while having a drink. Moreover, it was quite efficient in terms of price-performance. We didn't have to pay a fortune for a comfortable, clean, centrally located hotel. We were very satisfied and will choose this place again when we come back to Rome.

Very clean, good location. Easy short walk to places to eat and bus station cavour/quatro buses 71 and 75. Easy walk to train and Colosseum. Staff was delightful. Rooms were small but very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was also very comfortable. There is an elevator. And code lock to enter building. No breakfast or kettle in room but there is a mini mart right next door. There is also a small refrigherator to store drinks and snacks. We would definitely stay here again for a few nighrs.

The person working at the front desk was amazing! He was kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about where things were located, coffee, bank, grocery, etc. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of everything! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Location with window facing into courtyard was very quiet at night. Also a nice market next door.

The room was adequate size but window placement made it difficult to move around when window open as it blocked passage around bed to WC. On the website they show an outdoor eating area that overlooks the street within the hotel but none was available when we arrived.

good location. 15mintues' walking to fountain， the Colosseum，and main commercial street. Reception desk staffs very nice. Alessia provides us with information and help booking taxi to airport. Another girl from Portland also very friendly and helpful.

Room really too small and tight compared with hotels in Milan,Venezia,Florence. Our booking is around 288 Euro per night. Room on first floor is damp. The shower nozzle suddenly leak little water to floor for about 2minutes during our sleep in 2 nightswake us up. Also Room sound-insulation not good .

A lovely boutique hotel, the hostess Magdalena was amazing, she welcomed us warmly and with a smile and helped us with recommendations on gluten-free restaurants and places worth visiting, the location is excellent and close to all the main sites, the room is clean and tidy, and they clean it every day, there is a supermarket 20 meters from the hotel which is open until late, highly recommend!

There was a problem in the toilet that was taken care of, it takes 2 minutes until there is hot water, we had no place to put the soap in the shower, but nonsense in relation to cost benefit

First the location was spot on pefect for sightseeing. Air conditioning and bed were very comfortable and rates were very reasonable. The staff helped me coordinate a plan when my cell phone was stolen. They spent much time directing me to the right resources and generously acted as a liaison with my contact in my home country. To receive and print all my tickets and reservations. The reception staff saved my holiday.

The hotel is very well situated, within walking distance of most places of interest and Termini station. The area is vibrant with many bars & restaurants close by and there is a handy mini supermarket next door to hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, you felt you had their personal attention.

There was some noise at night from the lift next to one of our rooms but it wasn’t a big deal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were welcoming and hospitable, always ready to help with any questions. Besides that, the location is perfect, within walking distance to the city center, which made exploring the area very easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.
