This property is in a fantastic location with lovely rooms, all the amenities you could need and amazing owners. Our host was so lovely, we were late due to baggage issues at Naples airport but she was very understanding. She gave us such a comprehensive overview of the city and provided us with a map plus sent lots of recommendations via WhatsApp as well as their Instagram page which has even more recommendations! Any questions we had during our stay were promptly answered and they even called the gym nearby to check how I could buy a day pass as I was struggling to see on their website. The room was always spotlessly cleaned daily and the kitchen was ideal - it had everything we could need to make our own meals if we didn't want to eat out and we had storage space for dry foods as well as a shelf in the fridge. They also always had gorgeous pastries and biscuits there for us to eat which were delicious! I needed to use the washing machine and the cleaners showed me where everything was, got me a drying rack for our room and even hung up the washing for me - i came back to hang it myself and saw they'd already kindly done it for me. The shower got lovely and hot (i like very hot showers and quite often find them not hot enough) and the shutters and windows shut out all the light and noise - we slept so well which is needed when you're doing so much walking.

Everything was perfect, Marta is an amazing host, she tells you everything you need to know about the place itself and the city and is open for questions and conversations. The place is also great, the location as well, we barely paid for transportation, everything is in walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped, you can use the fridge and there is also a washing machine that came in very handy for our 6 days stay, the breakfast was also very decent. There is a cleaning lady coming every day, they make your bed, open the window and when you come back at the evenings you feel refreshed already. We also got some small cute gifts from Marta which was very sweet, than you Marta!

The only thing we did not enjoy is that if someone decides to be noisy in the corridor or the kitchen - you can hear everything. It was not a huge problem for us as we got up very early.

We loved everything about Casa Cleo Marta was an amazing hostess We arrived at 6 pm on a Sunday evening in 37° heat Marta was waiting for us, showed us to our room and sat down with us in the kitchen area and showed us on a map ,things to do in Rome It was better than any tour guide we have ever used before We had both been in Rome many years before and knew there was lots to see but it was brilliant the way Martha explained it to us We had two full days in Rome ,three nights, and we saw everything that Marta had recommended She was so accommodating and so helpful We were provided with a beautiful choice of breakfast goodies every morning and any amount of tea or coffee which we needed Also, Martha had left water and milk in the fridge for us so that we would not have to go out looking for those things on our first day in Rome We are extensive travellers and use both bookings.com and Airbnb but I have to say that our experience in Casa Leo was of our best so far

The hosts of the guest house were wonderful. They provided us with recommendations regarding restaurants for locals and unique attractions to see. It was our second time in Rome. We enjoyed our room and very comfortable bed. Our room faced courtyard and it was very quiet there. Also, we appreciate generosity of our hosts. They upgraded our room. Initially, our bathroom supposed to be external, but we got a room with a private bathroom inside our room and free breakfast. There is a small kitchen that you can use to cook as well as washer. We also enjoyed location, super central. Highly recommended

The location is absolutely the best! Very close to the Colosseum and the amazing region of local restaurants with the most delicious food! The room was clean and spacious, we had croissants for breakfast on the house every morning! We had a small issue with the hot water but the host fixed it as soon as we informed her. I had a birthday while staying there and the host had prepared an amazing surprise in the room for me - champagne, eclairs, candles, a small gift from Rome too - it was so kind of her! Thank you, Marta, for making our time in Rome so good! 💯😊❤️

Marta is an amazing host. She recommended an excellent literary experience based on the dates I booked at Casa Cleo and even upgraded my room. I found the flat’s location, situated between the train station and the Colosseum, to be very convenient. Most days, I explored the sights on foot. The nearby restaurants in Monti are very nice. The room is a good size, clean, and straightforward—no frills. Overall, I am very happy with my stay. It has a very good value.

Nothing I don't like. The only minor inconvenience was the lock of my bedroom, which can be a bit tricky to open if you’re unfamiliar with it. However, once you know how it works, it’s manageable.

Everything was as expected. All previous visitors prepared us for the great choice of this hotel. Marta was a wonderful hostess and always by our side to cover all our needs. The room was big and clean with ensuite bathroom and covered all our basic needs. The bed mattress was very comfortable as well. There was a common kitchen that we could use. There was free coffee, milk, water, croissants, cake and marmalades we could use for breakfast. Would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a value for money hotel, clean rooms, great service and ideal location - near the Colosseum and metro/train station.

We loved Casa Cleo. Marta waited for us to arrive at 8.30pm, checked us in and showed us around, pointing out different areas of Rome in relation to where we were in Monti on a map for us. Kitchen facilities with a washing machine were a bonus. Fresh pastries supplied in the mornings. Lift from one floor up. On our departure morning, her husband came to help with our bags and to call a cab for us. Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. She sent a list of restaurants and other recommended places via WhatsApp. Nothing was too much trouble. Bed was good and the bathroom had good hot water. Location was within a 10 minute walk to Termini and the Colosseum, and we had booked a golf cart tour which happened to be with Wheels Tours next door. A fabulous synchronicity!! Friendly host, clean rooms and good location. There is also a kitchen which you can use. The place dosent have a 24 hour reception and you have to arange the check in via messaging/calling.

The location was perfect for sight seeing all of the sights in Rome as well as getting to the metro for when you want to get around. Being so close to termini station means you can really get anywhere with minimal walking. The property was taken care of daily so it never felt dirty. The staff does a wonderful job all around. And on top of all of that Marta goes the extra mile in answering any question you may have. One day I wanted to go to the beach and she let me know which beaches were the best and which ones to stay away from.

I have no complaints about about casa Cleo. If I can I’d stay there again, and I would recommend this place to anyone going to Rome
