Location was excellent. The street was a beautiful quaint Roman laneway, with restaurants and shops at our door, and close to numerous sites. The hotel felt safe, with an electronic entry. A small lift was appreciated by tired legs. The room was small, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. We arranged for an airport a transfer through the hotel, which was a late but decision, but well worth the expense after nearly 20 hours flying! Communication ahead of our arrival was relevant and appreciated.

We would have liked an iron/ironing board to freshen up our clothes. We couldn’t locate an in room safe.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is situated in a great and safe neighborhood, just a 13-minute walk from the Colosseum and only 3 minutes from the nearest metro station. Conveniently, there’s a supermarket right next door, making it easy to grab anything you might need. The area is also filled with a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice meal. Additionally, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk from Termini Station, which is perfect if you’re planning to take a train or bus to the airport. The room was spotless, with daily cleaning and fresh towels provided. It had heating, as well as a heated towel rack in the bathroom, which added extra comfort. One of the highlights of this hotel is the rooftop terrace, which is accessible 24 hours a day. It’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views of the city at any time. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or requests.

The area is the best in Rome by far: Friendly locals, clean and great for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo and dinner. The building is fun - fancy and well taken care of- the reception is on the first floor and there are 3 more floors with the roof eating area. What I especially appreciated was the quiet, comfortable room with a heater you can turn on and off and a newly refurbished bathroom.

Exceptional hospitality, all the staff we met were helpful and very friendly to us during our stay. Excellent location, easy access to public transport and in walking distance to many beautiful places of the city. Lovely spacious room with everything you need, immaculate bathroom, clean and comfortable beds. Also we arrived a little early but our room was ready so we could check-in sooner. We were offered to leave our bags at the reception after checking out, which is great if you have a late flight to catch and want to have some more time to wander around.

Everything was perfect.

Room was large and hotel provided a travel cot for a small extra fee. we had a large terrace with our room which was great to spend an evening with a glass of wine. Room had a decent size fridge and came with complimentary water. Staff were fantastic and help with airport transfers and recommendations for food etc. Hotel had a lift, all be it a small and slow lift but still had a lift!!

Our room was located on top floor leading onto the breakfast area. 6am-8am was very noisy and not great with a sleeping baby. Room wasn't the cleanest, Floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed. Shower on first glance looked very good power shower however was covered in limescale and most of the shower heads were blocked with grime.

Great location with a short walk to the coliseum. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Hotel were really accommodating of our late check in/early check out. Good communication before stay too, really easy process.

One draw back was that there were no central areas to sit outside of our room. We were there for an international rugby weekend but breakfast still wasn’t being served. We were charged tourist tax for our children despite them being under 10.

Location is Great, close to the terminal (12min walk) close to Colosseum (8min) and other landmarks approx 20min walk. Right down the block you have a pizza place called Trusty? I believe. The make oven baked small (but small) personal pizzas!!!! Delicious and great idea for a snac before siesta. Staff very friendly

Ok so besides all the good stuff, what stands out is the “beat up walls”. All the marks from carryons on the walls which can easily be removed when washed with sponge with water. Same applies for bed frame by the floor. This is unacceptable to have is so dirty when it can be removed by simple water with sponge

The receptionist was really good, provided very useful travel tips and recommendation for really delicious restaurants. Location was good in a lovely area of Month, many many nice bars and restaurants. Not super Close to the train station, but still quite walkable.

Bit of walk to most of the attractions exept for the colosseo. But manageable, a metro station is close by, But need to transfer lines to reach most of the attractions. The room is a little old, but good ventilation and quiet. The lift is too slow.

Perfect small hotel in a great location. The breakfast up on the terrace was really lovely, lots of meats, cheese, pastries and fruit plus more. Good coffee! Really lovely staff throughout, very helpful. The room was a decent size, slightly small bathroom but genuinely not an issue. We had a small balcony which was nice and a fridge which was great for snacks. Plenty of hanging space for the 4 nights we were there - if longer, you'd need more. We didn't use the minibar service but the prices were good.

Nothing bad to report at all! The lift is small and incredibly slow, if you're in a rush, but that's it!

The hotel staff was wonderful, all of them were extremply helpfull. The hotel is in a perfect location, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the street is absolutely wonderful, one of the prettiest streets in Rome, in my opinion. There's many transportation options, the metro station is in the same street and it goes directly to Vatican which was incredible. The apartment was cleaned every day and it had everything you might need.

Everything was perfect, I have no objections.
