Everything we needed for a good night sleep, are all provided for. Breakfast was ok, better than going out to look for it ourselves. If more hooks for hanging clothes were installed in the bathroom and room itself, then it will be excellent.

Excellent location, midway between Termini station 5min walk and The Collusium 5min walk. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was small but perfectly adequate. It was clean and had a TV and fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great sleep. The staff were amazing, helpful and kind. They were also kind enough to leave a bottle of Prosecco for us. The breakfast was much more than what I had expected with cereals, bread, eggs, yogurts, juice, coffee and the best freshly baked produce every. We loved everything about our stay and would highly recommend it. Instructions were very clear too.

* Location was the best, 12 min to Colosseo and 5 min to Santa Maria Maggiore, 5 min to the nearest M station, 15 min to central (bus, train, metro) station - TERMINI (all distances given above: on foot) * Great breakfast, despite it was typical Italian breakfast, there were many kinds of food: toasts, jam, nutella, butter, eggs (there was special device to boil the eggs), ricotta cheese, cereal, yoghurts, apples; there were also plenty of drinks: coffee, tee, water (sparkling and still), hot chocolate, milk. The greatest thing was morning delivery of FRESH WARM PASTRIES: croissants, donuts and French pastries * The staff was very nice and helpful, we could leave our luggage after checking-out * The room and the bathroom were very clean, garbage taken out and beds made every day * Self check-in very comfortable, clear directions

* There were only 2 blankets in the room for 4 people. The nights in the beginning of May were not so warm, and thin sheets instead of duvets were not enough. I covered the children with those 2 blankets and I didn't sleep almost the whole night. The staff was helpful and extra blankets were given us next day. Moreover we were informed how to use the air-conditioning to warm up the room. I am writing this note: - to future guests: please consider whether it is not worth asking for extra blankets as a special request - to the hosts: please consider whether the instructions for air conditioning in the room would not be useful. * Very low speed internet * It would be nice if breakfast started at 8:00 instead of 8:30

The room was clean, lovely and comfortable. The location was very good. Very short walk from he train station. Turns out the bus ride was longer than just walking. We were able to walk everywhere (short walk to Colosseum) and the neighborhood had lots of places for food and drinks. On Saturday night, the street adjacent had live music and food, and a party atmosphere. The breakfast was great and the management responsive and friendly.

The guest house was on the second floor, so lots of steps. There was an elevator but it started up one flight and ended one flight down from the guest house. Not a big deal if your bags are lighter than ours!

The location was convenient for the price. I haven’t been to Rome so it’s hard to accurately choose a location, but this is within walking distance to many visitor sites as well as the metro and train station. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, David was quick and easy to communicate with via What’s App. Being a smaller establishment David was flexible with us for our arrival. I did like the availability of an Italian breakfast though we left early both days. All the amenities in the room were appreciated and part of why we chose to stay here

The pictures made the property look bigger and private, not in a shared building. I may have it mixed up with another property, I thought there was a private garden/ally.

Location great for central Rome attractions. 10 min walk to colesseum, 20 min to trevi fountain. Nice area with plenty of restaurants and taxis if you don’t want to walk. Breakfast consisted of toast, boiled eggs, cereal, range of pastries with a hot drinks machine. Clean completed beds. Friendly staff. We had a great stay in Rome.

Maybe not suitable for people will walking difficulties as hotel is on the second floor of the building.

The guesthouse is located in the centre of Rome (2 minutes from the metro station and 3 minutes from Santa Maria Maggiore). The rooms are very small but clean and neat with a separate bathroom. We could have breakfast even though we left early. We could leave our luggage at the reception before/after checking in/out which was very convenient. The owner immediately answered all my messages, so the communication was excellent.

Everything was alright, it was a good accommodation at that price.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel – it was an amazing experience! The room was very clean and neat, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just under 10 minutes from the Colosseum. Would definitely stay here again!

The only thing fellow travellers might want to know is that you can sometimes hear cars passing by at night, but it didn’t bother us at all.

location is superb for access to the sights, 10 min walk from the station, then easy access to all the main sights. breakfast is basic but gets you off to a good start. Is on a noisy road but its a busy city so you expect hustle and bustle. communication ahead of arrival friendly and flexible, felt very welcome.
