The location is really great and the rooms are very comfortable; perfect for one person travelling to Rome to work or visit. The host / manager is very friendly and communicative, and very flexible when I (repeatedly) extended the stay sometimes at quite short notice. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

It is a little expensive for what you get (although this is normal in the centre of Rome). I think it might also be a little noisy for some people (especially as all the rooms are arranged along one corridor), though this didn't bother me. There was one small communication issue when the manager confused my booking / phone number with another guest's and mistakenly asked me to vacate the room, but we cleared this up very quickly and easily so it was just a bit of a surprise!

The room was quiet, dark, clean, and reasonably spacious. It was air-conditioned (split ac, very quiet). The shower’s water was hot. The bed was queen-sized and the hardness of the mattress was just right. You could hear other folks opening and closing their rooms’ doors but it was very minor. I had no complaint about the room at all. I think it was very good value for the money. My communication with the hosts during check-in and check-out was conducted on WhatsApp. Moments after confirmation of my booking, the hosts reached out by WhatsApp text to coordinate a check-in time with me. They would ask for your arrival time so as to know when to open the required doors for you as you do not yet have the building’s keys. I especially appreciated their letting me leave my suitcase at the hotel on the morning of my check-out so I could go sightseeing in the morning and early afternoon without the bulky suitcase! Similar to checking in, I coordinated with the hotel on the time I would be coming to pick up my suitcase by text and by voice call on WhatsApp. The hosts spoke English well, which also helped with the communication.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, the location is amazing, and honestly for this price it was perfect. It's not a fancy or particularly beautiful room, but the bed was comfy, the building felt very safe, and the staff was super responsive. If you are planning on being out and about enjoying Rome all day, this is a great choice. Specially if you are last minute and on a budget like I was! No aircon in my room but the fan was more than enough.

I have stayed here for six nights and received very nice and considerate services from the hotel staff. Mr. Moklesh has been very nice and helped me a lot since I don't understand Italian. The hotel is located on a quiet street even though it's just a few minutes walk away from colosseum, with many resturants and cafes around. The metro station is also within walking distance. A very lovely place for tourists who want to stay at the center of the city.

The location is perfect, right next to all the cafes and bars in monti, also a short walk/cycle to other central parts. The building was nice and had character. For the location and price it is really great! They are very helpful with any questions. The breakfast had a good selection (which was left in the room).. bed was comfortable and plenty of cupboard space. Nothing too fancy, but for the price and location I think to have a private room and bathroom at this price is a luxury so overall pretty happy. They even gave me little rome souvenir gifts which was very thoughtful:)

The toilet was outside the room, but this was already stated so it wasn't a surprise - Just a bit further away than I thought. I couldn't find water but they kindly gave me a bottle when I asked. The breakfast was OK, lots of selections. It was left in the room the night before, so mostly package stuff, (but with some fresh fruit) though I only ate a part of it because I wanted to have breakfast outside so it wasn't too important.

The apartment is located within 5 minutes of walking to Colosseo. The nearest metro station (2 min) is Cavour. The host brought us a meal for breakfast every day around 15-16 pm.

As with many buildings in Rome, it's an old one, so we have a little difficulty with the lock and small windows.

The employee Kamr was nice and welcomed us before the scheduled time. Yes, the place is old, but for the price, it’s great. Most buildings in Rome are old, and hot water was available

The venue had very friendly and welcoming staff, an excellent little basket of breakfast items, and was set in a very peaceful area considering how central it was, and, obviously, the location was fantastic as it was less than 10 mins from the Colosseum and no more than 3 from a metro station. A very family friendly venue and wonderfully quirky.

Location, light breakfast in the morning, fridge, kitchen unit, very bright room.

Noise coming from other rooms during night when they were using their shared toilet. It happened that a couple came drunk from night out and made a lots of noise and they even try to open our door with their key.
