Perfect location - we couldn't have asked for a better place. A few mins walk to the Colosseum on the one hand or to Termini railway station if going in the opposite direction. A few vey local restaurants nearby, incl. an excellent pizzeria in the same street. Very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Wardrobe with hangers - although we would have liked a couple more shelves. The host assisted us remotely with access to the building, as we arrived late in the evening. Air conditioning in the room (although we had to buy new batteries fr the remote control) working very well - thanks to this we managed to dry our towels and everything (see caveat in negatives, below).

No conditions to dry anything in the bathroom, radiators not working (though the host told us they activate at a certain temperature - they were cold the entire night, even with windows open) as a consequence the towels did not dry from day one. Also, the place was advertised as having a washing machine - we were told "not in our unit".

The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of towels, including a kitchen towel, a variety of dishes (even wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a bottle stopper), pots, a colander, scissors, olive oil, salt, sugar, tea, and coffee. The bed linen was snow-white and new, and the pillows and mattress were very comfortable. What was particularly important for us was the comfortable temperature inside the apartment. Even though we stayed in winter and were worried it might be cold (since heating issues are common in Italy), the temperature was perfect. I'm confident it will be great in the summer too, as the apartment is equipped with two air conditioners. The location of the apartment is fantastic – one of the main Papal basilicas is right nearby, and a bit further, you'll find the Colosseum and other major attractions of Rome. Within walking distance, there are plenty of pizzerias, cafes, shops offering local products and supermarkets with affordable prices. Overall, we are thrilled and hope to stay in this apartment again!

We rented 2 apartments for our family of 6. A 2 bedroom and a studio. The location was good. Close to the train station. It's on a quiet little side street with a great café and restaurant close by. The apartments were very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host met us there upon our arrival. Easy check-in and check-out.

I thought our apartments were going to be connected but they were not. It wasn't a problem though. They were right down the hall from each other. These are very small spaces without a living/sitting area but it was fine for our purposes.

- Two separate doors open into the apartment from two separate corridors, but I was only given the key for one door. Made me feel uneasy to not have complete access to the apartment while someone else does - People yelling in the inaccessible corridor in the middle of the night, every night during my stay

The whole apartment was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The host was charming and helpful; he gave us information about restaurants and activities we could do in Rome, and we had flexibility with our check-in and out. You can see that he is running his business with love and care. We suggest it to everyone and the location is just perfect we walk the whole of Rome without public transport.

The apartment we had wasn't too bright, but nothing to complain about, because it's a general thing in most apartments in Rome and we are used to our apartment with a lot of natural light!

The host was super helpful with all the information, the location is excellent, and the apartment is comfy.

The tenant in the ground-level apartment is sometimes too loud in the evening hours. Additionally, we encountered some issues with managing the lights in our room; if we turned off the main light, some lamps and switches did not work. However, overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

I liked the 2 bedrooms, divided by a slider door, small kitchenette was very convenient. Also had laundry, it was great would stay again and definitely recommend!! I would stay longer as I was only there for 2 nights but next time if I had to stay again and longer I would choose this place. Place was very clean and beds were comfortable! Has a small elevator for your luggage, there are a few stairs to get there just an FYI which is very common it Italy especially in Rome.

Everything is excellent. The apartment "colosseo" is renewed. The 2 bedrooms are very big. The bathroom is very comfortable. The shower is excellent after a day's walk. The hote is very thoughtful and told us very useful information for our stay.

The house is in a perfect location, incredibly clean and everything was very well thought out. Most importantly, the owner Michelle is a wonderful person, you can find better houses but you cannot find a host like her. If I come to Rome again, I will definitely not stay in another house.

Well located, clean, good for 3 people. Small kitchen and a very modern bathroom. Not sure about the standard of other rooms as I was actually at a small apartment

No window to outside, only to internal part of the building. Not an issue to ve honest
