Absolutely recommend this place to anyone holidaying in Rome. The location is great ( walking distance from some of the main sites), the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff are excellent. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We also really liked the breakfast, which is severed at the adjoined Cafe - it’s much higher quality than what you’d expect at a normal hotel.

The air con is centrally controlled. So if you want to adjust the temperature you need to contact the staff. They are available 24/7 on WhatsApp and respond literally within a minute. It’s the only negative but in reality it wasn’t an issue during our stay.

The staff was incredibly helpful with dinner and activity reservations, food recommendations, and spoke great English. They genuinely cared about my 7 night stay and even upgraded my room to a small suite. The room was very clean, modern, great sunlight with a view of the Piazza di Santa Maria Maggiore. The location was amazing. I walked everywhere and didn't have to take the bus or subway. It was very safe. Also it's close to the Colosseum and Trevi and Termini train station. Monti area also has great authentic and non-touristy food choices too that were more affordable and less pretentious. It's also close to the famous Regoli bakery for their famous maritozzi. I recommend and would stay at Pressade again in a heartbeat, especially for solo traveling.

Nothing, everything was great!

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, and the staff was welcoming and friendly.

It is hard to find and kind of tucked away in a spot that feels like it would not be safe for a solo traveler arriving at night. The walls were very thin and there were very loud guests who made it difficult to sleep. It took an extremely long time to get hot water in the shower and I was never able to get hot water in the sink. It felt a little overpriced for the quality of the property.

The location was incredible and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! Luca, the manager, was so welcoming and helped with literally everything we had asked for. It was very professionally run and all of the staff were so friendly. Stunning rooms for the price. Great value for money

The only critique I’d give the owner is that the aircon is centrally controlled. The staff were so helpful and turned the aircon on and off at our request almost instantly but it would’ve been nicer if we could’ve turned it on and off as we wanted

Leo at reception was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He is true asset to the hotel and is the only reason I've given this hotel a good rating. Any issues he would deal with straight away and we didn't have to chase him up on these. He went out if his way to list us some restaurants. Excellent customer service overall. Breakfast was ok, could have had more options and staff weren't very attentive. Cleanliness and comfort were exceptional. Room 103 was a little noisy and could do with some maintenance work. Location is amazing, 7 mins walk from Termini Station.

Breakfast - more options would be ideal. A/C in the room wasnt that great. Noise from the restaurant could be heard in room 103.

The breakfast was good and was provided for free at the little terrace on the rooftop with a lovely view; the room was very comfortable, spacious and clean and the staff ready to assist to make the stay pleasant.

From Prassede Hotel I was redirected to another building/facility nearby (Hotel Doria) as there wasn't place, at the time of arrival, in the Hotel I first booked (Hotel Prassede). The lift was very tiny able to accomodate 1 person at a time, not ideal for people who suffer from claustrophobia. However the Hotel offered a lovely breakfast for free to apologize for the inconvenience; in general the breakfast room on the rooftop offers a lovely view although it's hard - due to space constraints - to move around the breakfast buffet table.

amazing staff. all 3 receptionists were great not only 1, wish I remembered the names - 2 men and 1 woman great breakfast and fast service comfortable bed lovely bathroom

smell of sewage bed sometimes split apart noisy in night when taking out bins thin walls - could hear others furniture in need of revamp - wall paint and tables etc, looks more luxurious in the photos than real life because of this otherwise the room was stunning cleanliness - attention to detail in bathroom

Good location (next to Saint maria maggiore) and about a 10 min walk to the Colosseum. The staff, Fatima and Gianmarco, were fantastic - so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bakery attached to the hotel and where breakfast was served was really good with amazing croissants. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

On the weekend, the bakery attached to the hotel where breakfast is served got extremely busy with other customers, so the service could be a little slow - the food made up for it though.

Lights next to bed didn’t work, staff said they’d have them fixed on the day after our arrival.. they were never repaired.. no wash clothes in the bathroom.. soap/shampoo dispenser in shower were not labeled.. they actually looked like the same product..? Kitchen down one morning .. only breads & coffee.. said we couldn’t even have yogurt

I love the location of the place. It's a 3-5 min walk to the Train station which you will need to get to everywhere, they got lots of shops and restaurants everywhere, PS if you book room 105 you get the view of City center building 👍 if it's your first time I'd buy Train pass in advance for how ever long you staying for it will come in handy I promise you.

There's nothing I didn't like about it.
