Cleanliness, friendly staff and location

This is the best hotel we've ever stayed in. The food was excellent, and it's quality was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring our comfort . Our room was spotless,the towels and sheets were changed regularly. Hotel’s location is amazing – just a 10-minute walk from both the Colosseum and Termini Station. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Rome.

Perfect accommodation in the heart of Rome. Close enough to walk from Termini Station and close enough to get around the sites of Rome. There are plenty of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel was traditional, spotless, rooms spacious and breakfast outstanding. The hosts were always available and on site if required. Would definitely return.

Location was great. Room had lots of space considering 4 of us shared one room. Communication was excellent prior to our stay when we needed to add an extra bed. Check in was quick and staff were really welcoming and friendly.

My only criticism would be that space is really limited at breakfast so seats are not always available. Also an addition of fresh fruit to the breakfast would make it much better as all options include bread/pastry.

This guest house is the perfect location to discover Antique Rome. Close to central train/metro station. Very good area for 'osterias' (rather than restaurants) and to taste the local cuisine. Welcoming and helpful hosts and staff. Tips on close by sites. Breakfast served either on the terasse or in the breakfast room next to it. Savoury or sweet (or mixed) breakfast (nice lemoney cake), orange juice, tea/coffee. You can ask for yoghurts. Clean room and comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities in bedroom. Mini fridge and safe. Read useful information in Reception area (e.g. storage of luggage). Our taxi to the airport was booked by the hosts.

The location is great. Its is very close to many tourist attractions but at the same time in a peaceful street. Many restaurants around. The staff is also great. Super friendly

The breakfast could be a bit better. We stay 4 nights and we ate the same things every day. It is not a buffet as suggested by the photos

It feels homey and artsy. It is also near the famous tourist attractions but is also located in a quiet neighborhood.

There should be a flexibility with the breakfast time as you could not take it if you have a booked morning tour.

The room itself was very spacious, beds were comfortable, everything was really clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was tasty, and the location from the hotel was excellent. I would definitelly recommend it!

It would help if we had more room keys, and it is a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating when we let them know we wouldn't be at breakfast because of early plans the next day. They provided breakfast foods in our room to take with us!

The shower water pressure wasn't very strong, and the temperature would change frequently depending on if other people were using it at the same time.

Really close to the central train station and walking distance to Colosseum. The hotel is small but the rooms are quite big and clean with a retro decoration. It looks like a pansion. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast could have been with a greater variety (it's not an open buffet).
