Location was excellent, the girls from the staff also was very attentive and helpful, always making an effort to make our stay even better. Although there was no breakfast they always brough us some sweets from the bakery and also coffee/tea and some biscuits always available. Hosts were very kind to upgrade our room and we were able to stay in the main building. Very good cleaning the room every day and clean bedsheets, towels everything. Every day they gave us free water bottles in the room as well.

It's more related to the building itself, the room had just a very thin curtain, so it was too bright — there were no external shutters or a blackout curtain to block the light. It's a bit tricky if you must sleep a bit more after a long day, but other than that everything was perfect. Thanks for the staff for our stay!

Location was hard to find. Better if host said that this place is next door to a Bar do Brasil and a book store. Excellent Location and have one locked gate and several secure doors to go through. We were given a key ring of keys not key cards for entry. They did not have a reception where we were at even though they had said there was one several blocks away and had no idea where it was. Communication was through whats app only with 8:30- 5 hours of available. There is a communal kitchen with a kettle, coffee machine for expresso and did not have cafe americano but had nescafee packets, there is also a microwave and sink. Croissants were left every morning 8:30 am hanging on our door. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with modern design even though it was in a very dated building. Location is one right near easy to get to Santa Maria Maggiore.

At arrival I was informed I was given an upgrade for a room with an en-suite instead that private bathroom outside and this room was at Auditorium Mecenate and not at Marta Inn. Free croissants every morning and coffee machine and mini fridge inside the room. I was allowed to check out an hour later which was nice ☺️ Receptionist was very friendly.

My room was next to the reception and therefore I was woken up every time guests were checking in and out which was uncomfortable. I had requested a quiet room when booking. Room was fairly small and overpriced for what was offered.

We loved our stay at Marta Inn! The location is great and the building is secure and safe. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They cleaned the room and changed the towels regularly. Coffee and drinks were always available, and breakfast is basically included because they brought us different croissants every morning! Amazing hospitality! 10/10 would recommend!

This is not a negative point, just fyi: For people who book a room with a separate bathroom, it’s completely private (no one else can use it) but keep in mind that it’s in a corridor next to other people’s rooms, so if you’re shy or uncomfortable going to the bathroom near other people, just keep that in mind :)

The location is very good, it is a 10-15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Station Termini is just 5 minutes walk away. Very friendly staff working there, ready to help you all the time. You have the kitchen, a lot of coffee. In the morning they bring you croissants for breakfast, while you are sightseeing they put water in the fridge, beer and also other beverages. There was a lady from Romania that was cleaning the kitchen and the rooms extremely well, really very well. The bathroom was perfect. You can also put your luggage to be stored at the reception of the hotel, which is very useful for the first and last day of your stay (you can walk around the city and take your luggage after that).

Love the fresh croissants every morning and how great staff and people are. Love having kitchen access also and the location is perfect.

Bathroom was down the hall - like maybe 15 feet. It was private, but you might still pass people coming and going. We didn't . With that being said I would like stay here again. What would be a bonus is if they included a robe with your stay so that if you encounter others as you come fm the bathroom, no big deal. won

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable. Its window opened on the main street but wasn't too noisy at night. I had use of a kitchen and excellent espresso machine. The staff were sweet and helpful. I felt safe there and was sad to go.

I was a little confused as I was contacted by a different name hotel and told to check in there, so I'm not even sure if I actually stayed at Marta Inn or an affiliated hotel. It worked out fine either way.

The staff were very helpful telling us how everything works on arrival. The room was spcious with plenty of space for our belongings, our bathroom was located out of the room but a great size and a lovely shower!

Wouldnt say I did like but I think there could be a better explanation of how to get into the building. We were let in through the main get and building but then we did not know where to go. We found the recpetion and rang the bell with no answer. In the end we called the whatsapp number and someone came to get us.

Room was cleaned every day, supported with fresh towels. Kitchen is staffed with tea and coffee. Each morning we were provided by fresh croissants and yogurt, which was nice

Shower worked weirdly: cold water came unexpectedly during hot and it took time to get hot back. Wall are thin, all noises from corridor and next room were well audible.

We stayed just 2 night. Great location to sightseeing city. During our stay we have everyday new supplies: waters, drinks, yogurts, croissants. Even new towells. After check out you can easily left luggage on reception and go to city. We really recommend this place and if we will be next time in Roma would love to stay here again!
