The room.was very clean and spacious. Francesco met us there when we arrived and gave us the keys and told us about the facilities...tea and coffee making, air conditioning etc. We were advised about local eateries and getting to the Metro. Just chilling suites is very central and within walking distance to the train station, colleseum etc. There are amazing places to eat nearby. Transportation can be arranged to and from the airport by Francesco also for a competitive fee. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Really wonderful place to stay whilst in rome, close to colosseum 10 minute walk away & easily walkable to other attractions. The property itself was clean, towels were replenished, good air con & big windows to let in some fresh air, bed was very big & comfy, complementary bottles of water in mini fridge too which was a nice touch. If you’re struggling with transfer to and from airport then make sure that you ask the property providers as they are able to offer a helpful pick up and drop off from both airports, we went to ciampiano which cost €39. A special mention to francessco one of the owners of the property he was brilliant when he picked us up from the airport i had an issue with my ear being in pain and badly blocked from the pressure & without any hesitation he drove us to a pharmacy & was able to translate my issue over to the lady working there, without his help we would have been lost, he truly went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed and that our stay was as comfortable as possible. He also gave us some great recommendations for places to eat, what to do & what to avoid, very informative & very helpful, he also came into our room to show us how to work the ac, the shower & other appliances, this property really made the experience of rome a lot better and allowed us to relax a lot more! Location was ideal for all the sites. Easy to get to hotel from the Roma Termini bus station by walking 10 mins. Hotel staff really helpful and friendly. Gave us a map and talked us through where and how to get to places and also provided us some advice. Hotel asked if we required private transfers organising before we left the UK which was nice but we had already organised our own bus transportation. Comfy bed and good size with comfy pillows. Clean room. Staff asked us in advance what time we planned on arriving so they could meet us at the property. Not 24hr manned but we saw the staff plenty of times when we returned to the hotel. Hotel in a residential block which we found no problem. The lift took us to the 3rd floor where Just Chilling was.

Room quite small but was adequate for a few nights stay. No milk provided for tea/coffee but we bought our own UHT milk. We had a slight issue getting the air-con to come on when we wanted it on demand but not an issue for us, so we didn’t ask for help. We left the window open.

The hot tub was amazing after a long day in Rome The AC was a nice addition which we did not expect Room was well sized, even with a bed and hot tub we did not feel cramped The view and being close to the Colosseum was another nice addition, making the price very well worth it Very well communicated check in and check out considering we had a late check in and a early check out

Actual shower in the bathroom didnt have great pressure and was very inconsistent with its temperature. The room had alot of ants in the main room which I believe have bitten me alot.

Just chilling suite is approx 7 min walk to the colosseum, which was the main attraction that we wanted to see, we also walked to the trevi fountain and the pantheon during our stay (approx 20 mins walk), metros were close by if needed, but we walked for the couple of days we stayed, the only time we used transport was for our transfer from the airport and back again, provided by just chilling suite at a very reasonable rate, Francesco was our driver and provided us with a map with lots of information on places to eat etc, there was a mini mart right around the corner and a pharmacy, and a bike/scooter rental place just down the road. When I needed an iron, Bruno the owner had it to me within the hour, room was spotless with clean towels daily and robes also provided, there was also a mini fridge to keep our water and soft drinks cold. One thing to note, there is a sign in bathrooms not to throw wipes etc into the toilet, and you need to take note of that as it will definitely block their plumbing up with the septic tanks, it's very easy to forget and just throw them in the toilet instead of the bin without thinking, so it's important to just use the bin for cotton pads, wipes etc, because as little as 2 wipes could block the system, and it's unfair on the owner to have to sort it out each time. Overall we had a lovely stay and the owner Bruno and driver Francesco communicated very well before and during our stay and were on the end of the phone if we needed anything.

Was clean, tidy, very appealing and very fresh. Had everything we needed and so much more. Francesco picked us up from the airport, took us right to our room, showed us everything in the room and even showed us things along the way in the car, pointed out things we may be interested in. He was so helpful every step of the way, even telling us anything we need whilst we were away to feel free to message him he’s available to help. Which was so helpful and reassuring! 10/10!!! Would recommend!!

Honestly nothing

Hello, It was exactly that we expected. We arrived during the night, because our flight was delayed . Instructions on how to get in and check in have been sent over chat. Everything is perfectly clear. Great place location close to Termini, and to Santa Maria Maggiore. Inside the room AC was working perfectly. A quiet room, when windows are closed. The coffee machine and refrigerator are working fine. Thanks!

Great location to Termini Station, plenty of restaurants close. Short walk to Colosseum. Lift was great, communication was fantastic and allowed us to store bags and check in earlier.

Nothing about apartment but about 20 minutes to Trevi Fountain etc but was ok as we like to walk

from Francesco collecting us from the airport to the more relaxed and polite atmosphere created when we arrived at our room, the entrance hall to the building to the authentic decor, the room was as clean as a whistle and the bed was incredible, 10/10, honestly nothing was too much the communication from when i booked to when we landed in italy they made us feel incredibly comfortable. it was our first time abroad and of course we would naturally be nervous but we were collect reassured and made to feel welcome. i will be making a habit of returning to rome and i will not use anyone else,

We stayed in the Light Room. Clean and comfortable. Room size was decent. Great location, 10 minute walk to the colluseum and 20 minutes to Trevi Fountain. Good communication from Bruno before our arrival and organised our transport from the airport. Our driver Francesco was also great, gave us loads of tips about Rome, very helpful and polite.

If I had to pick something it would be the lift is very old school and the shower pressure wasn't that high.
