Really fantastic location, being close to everything but in a quieter part of Monti. The breakfast (at Bar Cottini) was larger than expected: you get a cappuccino, cornetto and tramezzino. All the staff at Bar Cottini and Paul at the B&B were fantastic. The shower in particular is excellent, with a regular shower head, three wall jets and a rainfall head. I’d stay here again!

The walls aren’t entirely soundproof in the deluxe double room, so I sometimes heard the guests next door (maybe twice in two weeks).

Gorgeous place. We had to change to a different room but it was much larger with 2 double beds which were both exceptionally comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the room was cleaned each day we were there. Although breakfast was t included we did arrive to a coffee machine and 2 bottles water which is also really nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Lovely clean room.....fantastic location. Walked to Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Excellent souvenir store right across the road and beautiful restaurant too. Laundry mat around corner. Everything walking distance. Superb. Easy ad no fuss and gr8 value for money. Love love love❤️❤️ Also shower was unreal!

Great location, walking distance from most things. We had a family of 4 in one room and were very comfortable. Very clean, well presented room. Lost our key and staff responded quickly. Breakfast was ok. Family not keen on the sandwich though

The location of the hotel was really perfect. It was within walking distance to all the historical points. The street was quiet and safe. The staff provided all the information completely at the first entrance.

it’s so clean and I loved the little personal bits like toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. The shower is amazing with multiple settings and a seat plus the location is perfect. There was also a little fridge in the room and the bed was really comfy. Check in was easy, I even got a WhatsApp the day before checking when we would arrive. The guy who worked there was really friendly.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very comfortable, clean bed. Nice and quiet for sleeping. Appreciate the room fridge and tea and coffee making supplies.

The shower was weak and took a long time to heat up.

Communication of the team through WhatsApp from the booking all the way to check-in was awesome. Even my son was very impressed, what more can I say then. There is a lift for those that don't like stairs.

Breakfast - offered through another provider. After day 1 did not even bother to use them again.

Hard to find but communication through what’s app was great and very helpful. Very clean and nice.

Not only an excellent central location with the Forum/Colosseum/Piazza Venezia all in close proximity, but we loved the decor with the gorgeous funky rounded bed and chairs really tying in to our visit to the Colosseum. Beautifully appointed apartment.
