The room is dark, quiet, and well air-conditioned with a split ac. The location is central. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of snacks to stave off mid-night hunger. The host was very welcoming! Overall I liked the visit.

The precise entrance of the building was impossible for a new tourist to find without the help of someone who worked at a shop nearby. Perhaps the host can email a list of directions to bring the guest from Cavour Metro to the building’s entrance step by step, preferably with pictures.

- Location: the Colosseum is practically around the corner, the Trevi fountain and Termini station also within walking distance. Cavour metro station literally right outside the door. Some very nice restaurants around the corner where you can have dinner and roll home after. - Air conditioning works perfectly, is not loud and even has a dimmer for the display numbers so the light doesn’t keep you awake. - It’s clean, the beds are comfortable, staff is friendly… I’ll be coming back here next time.

- The walls are indeed a little thin, but the hotel provides earplugs. I didn’t need them though as the other guests luckily didn’t play loud music during bedtime.

The only reason why I don’t give 10/10 to this place is because there were renovation works of the facade and at that time they were working right at my windows, so it was very noisy from 7:30 every morning and that was very annoying, that could have been taken into account and that room shouldn’t have been rent those days… otherwise nice spacious room

Loved the location. Right in the middle of Monti on a cool street and literally could not be any closer to the metro Cavour stop. Good air con. Black out shutter windows.

Rooms extremely small. Bathroom I think you'd honestly really struggle as a bigger guy. A couple would also struggle. Shower pressure and hot water amount was terrible Doors to building and your room were not keys they were codes. Not sure how often these are changed but it's given to you on an old card so I don't think that often. Made me feel a little unsafe as a solo female traveler that random people had access to my room at any time.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. The room was comfortable, but there’s some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.

Some amenities, like the air conditioning or plumbing, weren’t functioning properly. The room could have been cleaner, with more attention to detail in areas like the bathroom or under the furniture.

Property is clean, close to the city center, Forum, Coloseum and other atraction. Staff is nice, helpful, and room is cleaned everyday. Room is big, bed is comfortable. In front of rooms is shared kitchen with coffee machine, tea, and some sweets. There are two locations of this accomodation, we were on the Piazza della Subura.

Room was big, but did not have many usable space: tables, chairs, any hanger, and sound isolation is very bad. Despite the big room, bathroom was super small, so we keep our cosmetic in the room. In the tub there is no place for soap or bath.

Excellent location! 10 min walk to Colliseum, Trevi Fountain 15. Metro entrance outside the door, though we did not use. Nice coffee/breakfast shop across the street. Plenty restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. There's a large Fountain in a square a few blocks away people hang out at night. You can get a drink "to go' and hang out by the Fountain. Just do it! Saw where someone said didn't feel safe. We never felt unsafe. And you have 3 programed locks to go through to get to your room, so no lack of security there. And we're not kids. I'm 67 and hubby is 90. 😁

This is really close to the metro. It is also a short walk to major Roman sites. There are many restaurants, stores and bars close by. The security is tight which is good for this area. We were met within minutes of calling on arrival. The building is hundreds of years old with thick walls. The AC worked well. Roomier than some Europe central hotels I have used. The tax was 7 E per person per night which had raised since I booked so shocked me--you pay that on arrival. The "breakfast" is packaged melba toast and croissants, corn flakes jam and milk and juice as well as hot drinks. You do your own dishes. All the staff were nice.

Knowing the raise in tax before arrival. Better food choices. I use a noise app on my phone or noise would have been a problem from outside the hotel.

Very pleasant hosts have guided us through accommodation when we arrived. The kitchen is small and tidy and we could use refregerator, make some coffee/tea or prepare some light dish. Room, bathroom and all accommodation was very clean and neet. And the closenes to metro station Cavour, main bus and train station Termini made it easier to connect with other parts of city. But we mostly walked because everything was close. Great gain for valye. 👍 My sincere recommedation. 🍀

Location was the biggest plus, after that I was most impressed by the automation of their security/access to the property, and finally with tasteful decor being the next best thing about this property. To be clear, the security and automation of the property will ensure you feel safe and secure at all times, via their ‘three PIN code’ access.

Quite a lot of noise from some of the other guests, which was the biggest negative. If I was to be picky, I’d also comment on how reception is only manned at particular times and my late arrival (still at a decent hour, though) meant I really wanted to make the most of my stay, but reception were eager to take payment when I was out exploring Rome so I had to rush back to the hotel to accommodate their eagerness.
