I had a pleasant stay. All staff was polite, and my room was ready to check in early. The room was smaller, but this is typical for Rome. The only complaint was that my shower cabin was clogging up after 1 minute. So, it would overflow if I wanted more than a 3-minute shower. There was a bottle of water in the fridge, but it was priced at €10 if you decide to drink it. I think it is better to have a couple of bottles of cheaper water at €5- this way it would be more reasonable because the store next to the hotel sells water at €1. Other than that, it's quite a good place.

Reception and overall personnel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and the coffee is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and the Latino of the hotel is perfect.

The location was great, and the rooms were always cleaned and tidied up. The area is a great base for exploring Rome and getting good food close by. It was very hot in Rome, so the AC was a necessity. It had a turbo function but also sleep function for the night, so the fan could be quiet. It’s also possible to turn the LED lights on the AC off so it doesn’t light up the room at night. There was also WiFi and a tv to watch YouTube or Netflix.

Only minus is that our flight home was early and we left close to 6am, so there was no staff in the reception for check out. We left our keycard and hoped for the best and luckily it was no problem.

I loved my two weeks at this hotel!! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! They made great suggestions about things to do, using transportation and places to eat. I was in Rome on my own for two weeks of classes at an Italian language school (which was a six minute walk from the hotel). Each staff person I encountered, especially Sebastian, went out of his or her way to make my stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. They, including the manager, were happy to answer all my questions. This comfortable hotel was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. Location-This was a fantastic location on Via Cavour. The Colosseum, the Forum and Cavour Metro stop were an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. There were tons of restaurants on the street. It was a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

A clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows, I slept well, shower pressure was perfect. My room was very clean too. The aircon worked well. The location is really convenient since it's a few minutes away from the colosseum and all of the other tourist attractions. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was an underwhelming buffet. €12 is overpriced for what you get. I think it would be better if for example fresh pancakes, waffles, or other Italian food was served. Not a big deal though, there's plenty of nearby places to eat. Shower temperature seemed to fluctuate between hot and lukewarm here and there, but majority of the time it was hot. It wasn't cold enough to bother me since it was still an ok temperature, but I still think its worth fixing.  Stairs need refurbishing, they seem to be uneven slightly. I did get used to going up them after a few times but despite this, they should still be redone. Add a sign that hangs on the building outside the front to make the hotel more visible and easier to find. Add a trash can/bin under the desk

Absolutely spectacular hotel. The room was lovely spacious and very clean. The location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the Colosseum and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. There is a shop beside the hotel and it is a 2-3 minute walk to some really nice restaurants. The buffet breakfast was lovely and only €12 per person. The staff were brilliant. They were so friendly and extremely helpful. I asked the receptionist to call a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay and they waited outside with me to help me to find the correct taxi. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Really good location for tourists, in the historic area of Rome, walk to the tourist areas. Metro is close by and not far from Opera house of Rome. Staffs are super friendly, everytime you went in the hotel, they greeted you. Many restaurants and bars around, very conveniet to stay.

Very small room, not much room for the big luggages. Breakfast was terrible. The lift is super small can only fit one person.

This was our first hotel during our stay in Italy and it was perfect for the itinerary we had planned for the weekend (Colosseum, etc). It was a VERY short walk to the colosseum, along with plenty of great food and other sights to see along the way. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean with good working AC.

The bathroom was a touch small but honestly totally expected given the city center location. The wifi wasn't the strongest, but it got the job done just fine overall! We weren't in the room much anyway :)

The location was good as was close to the colosseum and about 15 minutes walk to the train station, they have a waiting area where you can charge your phone and 20% discount on a restaurant for lunch and dinner although I didn’t get a chance to use it.

Couldn’t work the overhead shower, didn’t like the note in the room that advised they would not be held responsible for items that go missing, made me a bit weary. I only travelled with a backpack and put it quite far back under the bed. When the room was cleaned my backpack was on the chair which again made me weary as I doubt underneath the beds are cleaned often given there was dust on the backpack but nothing was missing so can’t really complain. Not a big deal, but would’ve appreciated if they would’ve helped to exchange some euros that I had into smaller notes but the guy on reception declined.
