I had a pleasant stay. All staff was polite, and my room was ready to check in early. The room was smaller, but this is typical for Rome. The only complaint was that my shower cabin was clogging up after 1 minute. So, it would overflow if I wanted more than a 3-minute shower. There was a bottle of water in the fridge, but it was priced at €10 if you decide to drink it. I think it is better to have a couple of bottles of cheaper water at €5- this way it would be more reasonable because the store next to the hotel sells water at €1. Other than that, it's quite a good place.

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and on arrival I was offered a coffee and croissant at the bar for breakfast each morning on the house ( although they also provide a more substantial breakfast in the breakfast room) and was orientated using a map . On my departure, the staff called a taxi for me and carried my luggage out to the taxi. A lot of thought was given to the set up of the room and the extras that were provided such as tea and coffee, body lotion etc. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean. The location was terrific being within walking distance from the forums, the colosseum and the Victor Emmanuel monument. The Cavour Train station was a few minutes walk away and the staff explained how to use the train system. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed in a hotel where they went out of their way to make me feel so welcome.

The internet connection was a bit slow and unreliable in the evening. Otherwise all was terrific.

The location was great, and the rooms were always cleaned and tidied up. The area is a great base for exploring Rome and getting good food close by. It was very hot in Rome, so the AC was a necessity. It had a turbo function but also sleep function for the night, so the fan could be quiet. It’s also possible to turn the LED lights on the AC off so it doesn’t light up the room at night. There was also WiFi and a tv to watch YouTube or Netflix.

Only minus is that our flight home was early and we left close to 6am, so there was no staff in the reception for check out. We left our keycard and hoped for the best and luckily it was no problem.

Reception and overall personnel are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good and the coffee is excellent. Rooms are comfortable and the Latino of the hotel is perfect.

I loved my two weeks at this hotel!! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! They made great suggestions about things to do, using transportation and places to eat. I was in Rome on my own for two weeks of classes at an Italian language school (which was a six minute walk from the hotel). Each staff person I encountered, especially Sebastian, went out of his or her way to make my stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. They, including the manager, were happy to answer all my questions. This comfortable hotel was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The air conditioning and shower worked perfectly. Location-This was a fantastic location on Via Cavour. The Colosseum, the Forum and Cavour Metro stop were an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. There were tons of restaurants on the street. It was a safe area. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The location was excellent. Very walkable to venues, restaurants, shopping, pharmacy, cash machines. It was a very clean and safe area.

The lobby was comfortable and bright. The elevator was helpful with a room on the six floor with a balcony. The balcony views each morning as the city awakes and evening lights will be remembered. Sebastian, at the front desk was outstanding he went above and beyond with information on navigating the city. His communication, language skills and friendly personality were impressive.

Good location, about a 10-15 min walk from Termini station and less to the Colosseum. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Room was clean and comfortable, super shower, hot with great pressure. Air con available. Streaming services on TV. Breakfast was available for an extra cost but we didn’t have it. Kettle in the room. Staff very welcoming.

A bin in the room would have been really useful (there was only one in the bathroom). Room was on the small side, the premises overall are cramped, but this is central Rome!

A clean and modern hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows, I slept well, shower pressure was perfect. My room was very clean too. The aircon worked well. The location is really convenient since it's a few minutes away from the colosseum and all of the other tourist attractions. The staff are also friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was an underwhelming buffet. €12 is overpriced for what you get. I think it would be better if for example fresh pancakes, waffles, or other Italian food was served. Not a big deal though, there's plenty of nearby places to eat. Shower temperature seemed to fluctuate between hot and lukewarm here and there, but majority of the time it was hot. It wasn't cold enough to bother me since it was still an ok temperature, but I still think its worth fixing.  Stairs need refurbishing, they seem to be uneven slightly. I did get used to going up them after a few times but despite this, they should still be redone. Add a sign that hangs on the building outside the front to make the hotel more visible and easier to find. Add a trash can/bin under the desk

Absolutely spectacular hotel. The room was lovely spacious and very clean. The location couldn’t be better. 2 minute walk to the Colosseum and 15 minutes to the Trevi Fountain. There is a shop beside the hotel and it is a 2-3 minute walk to some really nice restaurants. The buffet breakfast was lovely and only €12 per person. The staff were brilliant. They were so friendly and extremely helpful. I asked the receptionist to call a taxi to the airport at the end of my stay and they waited outside with me to help me to find the correct taxi. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.
