The owner was very nice , really interested to be everything perfect during the stay, the room was cleaned every day, it was near the metro station, 1 station to the termini ,5 minutes walk to the Colosseum. The perfect location for me!

Perfect location! 10min walk to colosseum or you can even see it from down the street. Location near busses, metro or train station. 25min walking to Trevi and Pantheon. Clean and spacious, very confy beds. Guy who greeted us spoke English, so thats a plus 😁

Nothing. Just bear in mind that when it is Bed & Breakfast type accomodation, when they say 'breakfast included' in Italy they mean complimentary breakfast, not breakfast you would think of in UK 😁

Pompeo and Eduardo were exceptional and focused on making sure we were comfortable and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were kept very clean and made up each day. Wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was very well kept, stocked, and quite spacious. Communications were always swiftly and politely answered via What's App or phone. Breakfast as well as tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits were plenty. There is a lift to the 5th floor, which is a fantastic help with luggage instead of multiple flights of stairs. The location is great with only a short walk to the Colosseum, Roman ruins, the Monument to Victor Emmanuel, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Tourist house is right next to the Metro station (line B). Wonderful experience in a great location in Rome central to all the highlights.

Nothing, it was perfect

The location was very communicative, right next to the metro, which is very convenient for trips to all the more rural places. The proximity to the Colosseum in turn is convenient to many attractions within walking distance. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets were changed. The hosts were extremely helpful, as our departure flight was in the evening, there was no problem leaving our bags there all day.

The only thing that is a little inconvenient is that the bathroom is small, but it's not something you can't compromise with.

We enjoyed our stay @ Tourist House B&B. Location was great. 15 minutes walk from Rome Termini Station, 9 mintutes walk to Colosseum, 30 minutes to Pantheon & 1 hour walk to Vatican. Metro station close. Room was clean, breakfast snacks available. Pompeo was a great help. We had clear instructions on how the enter the building & room.

The shower our room was quite small but we manage.

The location was absolutely spot on. A 15 minute straight line walk from Rome Terminal train station . A 5 minute walk to the metro and a walk down the road to the coliseum and every other amazing attraction on that road. Lots of cafes and restaurants along the road where the B and B situated. Plenty of little mini supermarkets. Plenty of ice cream parlours! Every tourist attraction was in reach of either a short walk or a long one. But all within walking distance. The B and B I would describe as a simple very clean establishment with very comfortable bed and spacious room. We had a room with a Juliet balcony ( great views) which we could eat our continental breakfast (provided by host) at as room had a dining table and chairs and a fridge. Very quiet and secure. Very efficient lift. Large t.v with access to Netflix and prime. Host was extremely helpful and welcoming

Needs more signage outside the massive doors that lead to many apartments within. Sat nav on phone takes you to big brown doors ( but you might not realise you are at your destination) look at all apartment names.tourist B and B on 5th floor quite a way up the list. Shower could do with a shelf to hold shampoo etc

Location - Excellent location just 500 meters from Colosseum, a few steps from Cavour metro station so the connection to the tourist sites was easily accessible. The room was small but neat and tidy with comfortable beds. The bathroom is very tiny but acceptable. The surrounding area was also very safe to walk and has a lot of restaurants, also the street behind had very good eating and dine out areas reasonably priced.

The breakfast option can be improved, with a few additional options with fresh bread and fruits, also would be nice to have kitchen equipment like a toaster and microoven.

Everything was as describe and the pictures were accurate. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Breakfast had a nice variety of easy foods such as cereal, croissants, yogurts, etc. The location was absolutely perfect or sightseeing and there were plenty of restaurants, gelato shops and mini markets nearby. The hosts were so gracious and made sure we had everything that we needed. Value for your money was exceptional.

If person is not in fit - the bathroom (shower place) maybe small , it is about 80x80 :) but for us all was fine
