First off, like so many other reviews, Roman. He made fast friends with our daughter, and she loved him! He made us delicious breakfast every morning, and had coffee ready as soon as we sat down as well as bringing out her high chair for her! The front desk and housekeeping staff are also super friendly and accomodating. Everything is nearby with the Colloseum being a 10 minute or less walk.

The only downside of this hotel as others have said is the bar next door. The locals like to gather there before going out clubbing, and it can be a bit noisy. But, a white noise app on our phone and keeping the window closed at night was enough to keep everyone, including our 10 month old baby asleep!

This slightly quirky hotel is well located within a 10-15 minute walk of the Colosseum. A similar walk gets you to the main station, and a metro station is 5 minutes walk. A number of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Our room was a good size, and the bed was huge. Breakfast room is quite small but the food choice was good nonetheless.

If you are a light sleeper ask for a room away from the front. Our room was on the first floor above reception and every night the bar next door sets up an outside area in the small piazza just outside. Surprisingly, we slept through the hubbub but not everyone will! Price-wise it felt on the high side for what it is, but then that isn’t unusual in Rome.

Loved our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, lightning and bed were amazing. The biggest compliments go to the staff - we even got a surprise in our room for Valentine's day!! Thanks a lot to the entire team for the attention and great work!

The place just across of the hotel can get quite loud in the evenings, and you can hear them in the room. The open shower in the room is lovely, but when taking a hotter shower, it can feel quite suffocating in the entire room. Elevator was quite tiny and some of the buttons were stuck/not working well but that didn't really bother us as our room was on 1st floor.

Property was very clean, easy to find and a great distance from the tourist sights of Rome. It also faces an amazing Gelato place! The chef was extra friendly and my 3 year old who had barely eaten any of the foods our entire holiday, absolutely loved the food & kept asking for more (especially the chocolate and scrambled egg!)

My only fault was how small the lift was. Just about fit my partner and our buggy at a squeeze. I had to walk to floor 3 due to already being very nervous with lifts and I would’ve panicked due to the size. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again - would maybe just request a floor on the lower levels 🤣

We fell inlove with this hotel as it exceeded our expectations. Their service was marvelous. Firstly, the hotel’s location is in the middle of Rome and it’s accessible to all of the tourist spots, restos, and there is a metro station nearby too. Secondly, staff here is very accommodating, starting from the reservation, Giorgio was very nice to accommodate all of our request, Naiomi and Adelina from the front desk were the one who checked us in as early as 10am as the room is already available by that time. I had a request which they executed it perfectly even if i have requested it last minute. They put all their efforts in it. Romano from the breakfast area was really nice too. Hotel is pretty clean and i appreciate thehousekeeping for putting our bouquet in a vase with water when we came back to our room. Id like to thank all of the staff here for making our stay memorable. You guys are amazing keep up the good work! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit rome.

Service - Communication - Location were top notch 100/100 The staf starting from day 1, was very communicative, supportive and helpful. I would mention the cleaning deserves 5 Stars. The location very central only 6 min away from the metro station. The bars nearby, pizza places, ice cream shop in front of the hotel were all amazing. The manager is always there ready to go, offering coffee and getting in touch with clients. The receptionists were very communicative and willing to help. NO WORDS, just perfect stay 😁

Loved the location.So central.Colleseum and Roman Forum only up the road.Close to good restaurants. Great shower Great safe in room Modern Spacious room. Great air conditioning. Nice to have the option to have a Bellini in the morning for breakfast and lovely to eat outside. Staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Got our dressing gowns on the second night. Breakfast was a little limited and breakfast plates were very small and so were the tables. Eggs weren't cooked well on one morning. The phone in the room that was meant to give you information and contact the hotel didn't work. Didn't like the bedside light switches,very bright and there was also bright light flashing on the ceiling that was quite distracting. These were all small things that I just want to mention but didn't take away from our great stay.

This was an exceptional experience. We literally loved the hotel. Location is just perfect, the neighbourhood is perfect, cozy and beautiful. All the historic locations are walking distance, a lot of cozy delicious places around.Amazing staff, all the staff from the reception extremely helpful and nice. Most of all we loved Roman from the kitchen at the breakfast. He was our favourite person from the entire trip to Rome, breakfast very good, attitude and service- amazing. We really recommend the hotel

Everything was perfect

It's a quite tiny boutique hotel, only 12 rooms. Despite being located in the lively street, the room was very quite. Room felt smaller than in the pictures. There's an elevator in the hotel, which is very appreciated in Rome. The room was clean, and the bed was cozy. Bathroom was nice and comfortable. I loved the small cookies left every evening in the room with a good night wish, it was a nice touch. The breakfast was good - but it's not a buffet breakfast. You choose your eggs, and everything else is brought to the table. It was a bit unusual, but the breakfast was good and satisfying. I'd like to give a shoutout to the girl who served the breakfast - she was amazing. Also, the rooftop bar is good to chill out after a long day in Rome. The location is very good - it's 10 min walk to Coloseo, and about 25 min to Trevi. The streets around are full with good restaurants (I especially recommend Sciue Sciue which is located just below the hotel) and wine bars.

I've expected a bit more from a 4-star hotel, mainly on a small touches: the toiletry was not replaced, there was no spare toilet paper roll, no vanity kit. More places to hand towels would be appreciated. Hand towels' hangers were loose. One day the cleaner left some of the bed linen in the room. I've expected a more "stylish" room based on the pictures and the price - in reality the design was minimal, the colored wall. All these are small things, but the expectations were built based on the hotel profile and pictures.

Incredible air conditioning, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and size of the room was quite large. Included breakfast was delicious. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to store our luggage on both sides of the stay. Steps from the metro (Cavour) and delicious restaurants.

Neither of these things were a problem for us, but for future travelers' awareness: the rooftop bar shares a staircase with the hotel, and there is a very lively nightlife scene right across the street. We did not find this to be a hindrance, but there was a bit of noise each night as we were winding down. Also, the shower glass is open to the room (it is not part of the bathroom) -- heads up for any friends traveling together.
