The staff are AMAZING. Sam made our stay so comfortable and special with how attentive they were even though I was a late in putting in some of my requests. The person who checked us in told us some really great spots to visit and things to be careful of as a tourist. The place was clean, the beds were nice and we felt super comfortable there. Just a really lovely stay with some really lovely staff. Apparently this is a 3 star? I'm my opinion I've stayed in way worse 4 star hotels, so if this is considered 3 star, it's a very good 3 star, I'd say it's pushing 4. The location is really great as it is only a short walk to the colosseum and some great views. Rome is a walkable city and this hotel is far enough away to be outside of the heavily tourist areas, but other key locations are around a 20-30 min walk away we found. But! On the walks there is an absolute ton to see so you end up just stopping and spending time anyway. I definitely recommend taking the metro where possible because if you have a contactless card, you just tap into the metro for €1.50, no need to mess about buying a ticket at the machine, just tap and go, very much like the London underground with no need to tap out.

An iron in the room without needing to request it and some more tea options with some little milk sachets would have been great. The reception is unattended from 3.30pm but they are always on the end of a WhatsApp, and even so we were fine, there really isn't much point in them being there past this time. All of the above were minor for us, but may be deal breakers for some.

Great location, the receptionist is so friendly! Really welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and a lovely speacial touch with the preseco - thank you! Felt very at ease to come and go to explore Rome. Room was super luxurious. It was lush in the evening lying in bed with my presecco watching tv! It has everything you need with the added luxury feel

Before we arrived we kept getting messages through the booking.com app from the hotel about transferring money or your booking will be cancelled but we had already paid. When i contacted the hotel, they advised their booking.com had been hacked. I kept getting the messages for 2 weeks before we arrived. It made me quite wary. But all was fine when we arrived. This maybe a fault with booking.com and not the hotel. Be wary of messages sending payment links as these will probably scams

We stayed here 8 years ago, when we last visited this wonderful city. What we experienced was identical to our previous visit. Friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you. Our only disappointment was being given a very small double room, with no daylight. The matter was sorted extremely courteously by the staff, and the next morning, we got a much bigger room overlooking the main street. The staff on reception are wonderful, fluent English speakers. Sam was the receptionist for the majority of our stay & breakfast arrived each morning to our room with pinpoint accuracy. It came with a friendly smile & was very tasty too.

I  chose accommodation based on location. The Colosseum is around the corner and all other "most wanted" attractions are also within a pleasant walk. You can even walk to the Borghese Gallery and the Coppede district if you like to move youself a little bit. It couldn't be any other way in beautiful Rome! Nice spacious room, very friendly staff. In the same building on the lower floors there are excellent cafes with fresh coffee and Italian cornettos.

The room walls were a littlebit thin so you could hear the other visitors talking. In terms of cleanliness- it was OK but not perfectly clean.

Location from Termini. Courteous staff. Excellent breakfast. Free luggage storage

You are directly onto Via Cavour, a major road which can be noisy. Double glazing good. Messaging the property early, and on check in, I requested a quiet room but was given 102 next to Reception and onto the road. I was offered another room but declined as my request should have been honoured on check in. I booked many months ago. Shower pressure good but cubicle not good if you’re over 6ft, which I wasn’t! Not sure if room size adequate for 2 people

Location great - 10 min walk to colloseum, 10 min to tremini station and metro very close by. Friendly and helpful staff. Although is the first floor of a larger building, it felt safe and secure.

The walls are extremely thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Our room was right next to reception, and we could hear constant movement and noise. Additionally, sound from neighbouring rooms carried through easily – we could clearly hear music, conversations, and even more intimate noises, which was especially unpleasant when trying to rest.

WOnderful place! Much better than we could expect. It's 10min walk from the Termini Train station, and usually such locations do not provide nice places to stay. But this time it was a different case! The team was super friednly and helpful, starting from check-in and until the check-out. Very clean place, providing everything what's needed. We could even store our luggage while waiting for our train. Perfect price for what you get.

The staff were excellent - very professional, helpful and accommodating. The room decor / lighting was pretty cool and there was a welcome tray of fruit and prosecco. The location was good - convenient to the Cavour Metro and of course the colosseum and Roman Forum. Right around the block on via Urbana there are quite a few nice places for dining and some quaint shops.

This might sound petty but we were staying one week and there were 2 of us in the room. I wanted to hang up our clothes so the wrinkles relaxed but we did not get as many hangars as we asked for. Additional drawers would have been convenient too for socks etc.
