The room was clean and nice had a small balcony. Couldn't sit out there but it was still ok.

The process for getting to your room was quite extensive. It's a self check in so the owners own some apartments in the building on via cavour . You are given instructions thru what's app. They buzz you in then you have to get a key to unlock the elevator , put the key back then go thru a gate then Go up in a very small elevator made for one person and one piece of luggage then put a code in the next door then you finally get into your room where the keys are. You have to do all of the these steps each and every day you leave. But I did feel safe as a solo traveler . The room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels given. The mattress was also sagging in the middle. It's about 7 very Long blocks to Roma Termini and it's less then a mile walk to the Colosseum so not bad.

The room is spacious and beautiful.The decoration is modern and very clean.There is a balcony with beautiful scenery.The facilities are complete.It is close to the train station and scenic spots.There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

If the hotel requires customers to pay in advance, it is recommended to change the payment policy and automatically deduct the payment directly on Booking before the customer checks in.

Cavour Urban Rooms is a 3-apartment complex. All 3 apartments have a shared kitchen where you can prepare coffee or tea. It is in a central location of the city, about a 10-15 minutes walk from many important sightseeings like the Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. and from Roma Termini as well. Also, around the rooms you will find super markets, cafes and restaurants. The owners are pretty friendly and helpful. Our room was cute and cozy with a nice view of the street and the bed was comfortable. We stayed there for four nights, and everyday while we were outside, the room was getting cleaned and tided up. In general, I think it's a value for money option. P.S. The Gelateria across the street is a must visit :D

Unfortunately, everyday there was a really bad smell in the bathroom coming from the sewage, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times in order to prevent the smell from spreading in the room. Also, as mentioned from previous guests, since the room is on a very central and busy street, there is usually a lot of noise, even at nights. So if you are a light sleeper, maybe bring a pack of ear plugs with you. Finally I think the owners should consider of placing some storage options, like shelves or drawers and a couple more chairs.

Gianluca, the host, was very nice and respond promptly to our questions. He also arranged a taxi service to the airport for us, which it was exceptional. Room is large and comfortable, with plenty of natural light.

Via Cavour is quite a noisy road. Even with the balcony windows shit you could hear the noise in the 5th floor. There are other rooms in the same apartment, and we all charge the mugs, cups and glasses. There are not enough mugs for everyone. It works first come first served. No kitchen towel to dry the glasses. It would have been nice to have a microwave oven.

Clean and good proximity to Roma Termini. Lift to 5th floor. Instructions were very good to enter the accommodation. We were able to store luggage at a different property located close to Termini which was very useful.

Nothing really. We stayed just the one night and was perfect for our needs.

2 rooms with 2 double beds . The sofa bed was the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on . Convenient location -10 min walk to Roma Termini or metro or to Colloseum. Secure access and lift handy as on 5th floor

Via Cavour is a busy road and can be noisy at night . Very small bathroom - only 1 person at a time

Our first stay in a property that was not an apartment or hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The budget-friendly Cavour Urban Rooms are located in a traditional Italian apartment building. It is an 8 minute walk from the Roma Termini and a kilometer or so from the Coloseum and Roman Forum in Monti. On the same block, is a laundry, scooter rentals, rental cars, the Cavour Metro stations, and several nice restaurants. The outdoor cafe next door was a nice place to stop for coffee or beer after a day of sightseeing. Cafe owners were friendly and helpful.

Dislike is harsh. The personal (two person) sized elevator was fun to figure out.

The room was very nice, modern. Cleaning done daily. Our small balcony looked into the court yard, so it was quiet. Walking distance to many things. Room as described in photos. Small fridge.

The owner and his son were super helpful! We arrived in Rome the day of a taxi strike so we found out that our airport transfer was cancelled when we landed. They phoned us and assisted us to find our way to Rome City via the Leonardo Express train. Due to the heat in the City there were power issues out of their control but they communicated so well with us to make sure we were happy. We had a lovely view from the 5th floor balcony and super close to all the main attractions Rome has to offer meaning walking around was easy.

We were very happy with the rooms. Nothing to complain about from us!

The room was very close to colosseum , Fontana di trevi and metro central station.

The room had no window and sometimes a smell of closure or a smell of other people cooking came up.
