We really enjoyed the location — it’s in a lovely area with charming cafés nearby and a beautiful church just around the corner. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to the historic center, which was super convenient! However, the bathroom definitely needs some renovation, and the view from our room was mostly of a stairwell, not the cozy courtyard we expected. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stay, but we felt the price was a bit too high for the quality offered.

Excellent communication by our lovely host Gina before and during our stay. Room was basic and small as we expected, but it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Gina was there with a smile even though we arrived late and kindly helped with our bags on arrival and departure the next morning. Excellent location and easy walk to Termini. Nice restaurants close for dinner. Thanks Gina!

Location excellent, we only had one day in Rome and we were able to get to central sites quickly on foot, even the Vatican was only about 30 mins walk as the furthest point (tip: get there early, at 08.30 we still had to queue for 1 hour to get in). Also it is quite close to Termini train station so that made arrival with heavy backpacks easy. For value for money, I thought very good as Rome is expensive. Area felt safe, and safer than closer to Termini. Great to use it as a base and have your own keys and come and go as you wish. Friendly host, thank you Gina! Shower good and warm which was welcome after a hot day of walking. They made up 2 single beds as requested which we appreciated as 2 friends. The icecream on the corner opposite Santa Maria Maggiore entrance was fantastic - especially melon and coffee flavours!

The street was fairly quiet but the main street nearby had enough noise of traffic and rubbish collection throughout the night that we had to close the window in the early hours and use air conditioning, as otherwise it prevented sleep. But this worked fine. The bathroom door is not sound proof at all. I would have liked a central bathroom light as the mirror light was harsh. No breakfast is included despite the name but you know this from the start. You have a kettle and mini fridge.

The apartment is in an excellent location for all of the sites. We loved the Monti area. Gina, the host, was brilliant and she went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome us. She even woke up with me at 3am to assist with getting a taxi back to the airport which was very kind. Thank you so much Gina! The beds were super comfortable which is just what you need after a day of walking around Rome. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay again!

The location was excellent. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out to collect later.

Might be useful for people to know that there is nobody on site, so it is important to confirm time of arrival, so that you can be let in.

She was fully equipped in a B&B as if we were staying in a hotel. Including mini-fridge, biscuits & tea, very personal & professional at the same time. There was no breakfast on site, but she gave us a voucher for a cafe a few steps away for coffee & croissant. 4-euro 24-hour parking on the street basically at the door, at a parc-o-meter.

A couple more electrical outlets would have been nice.

The location, Monti, was excellent. Loads of bars and restaurants nearby, a short walk from Roma Termini Railway Station and not far to the historic centre. Gina was lovely and helpful, and any questions we had she answered immediately.

The location was great, close to several tour bus les and 20mins’ walk to central areas. Room was nice, clean and warm. Gina was super friendly too! We enjoyed our stay so much there.

Gina was very welcoming and helpful. She gave us clear instructions and returned our messages very quickly. She was at the property when we arrived, even though we were early. She helped us with any questions we had about the property and the vicinity. We appreciated the free breakfast at a neighbourhood cafe that were very welcoming also.

Amazing location, so close to everything, easy walk from the Termini station, and easy walk to the colosseum, 100s of restaurants. Fantastic. The host is so nice! Room is a good size too.
