We liked the location. It's close to the Main Metro/Train/Restaurants/Cafe's, and sightseeing areas. The room was sufficient; it is quiet and comfortable. Coffee facilities and biscuits were supplied, very kind of the hostess. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Access is easy at any time of day or night. WiFi was great. Aircon was welcomed.

The hot water was an issue, it fluctuates between hot and cold but it's not the worst. Most likely a gas geyser so it's expected. No smoking area outdoors within the facility, so you would have to stand in the street and smoke. If you book through Booking.com and have a problem, you have to send Booking.com an email to raise your problem. You cannot approach the hostess directly. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed the location — it’s in a lovely area with charming cafés nearby and a beautiful church just around the corner. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to the historic center, which was super convenient! However, the bathroom definitely needs some renovation, and the view from our room was mostly of a stairwell, not the cozy courtyard we expected. Overall, it was a decent place for a short stay, but we felt the price was a bit too high for the quality offered.

Excellent communication by our lovely host Gina before and during our stay. Room was basic and small as we expected, but it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Gina was there with a smile even though we arrived late and kindly helped with our bags on arrival and departure the next morning. Excellent location and easy walk to Termini. Nice restaurants close for dinner. Thanks Gina!

Location excellent, we only had one day in Rome and we were able to get to central sites quickly on foot, even the Vatican was only about 30 mins walk as the furthest point (tip: get there early, at 08.30 we still had to queue for 1 hour to get in). Also it is quite close to Termini train station so that made arrival with heavy backpacks easy. For value for money, I thought very good as Rome is expensive. Area felt safe, and safer than closer to Termini. Great to use it as a base and have your own keys and come and go as you wish. Friendly host, thank you Gina! Shower good and warm which was welcome after a hot day of walking. They made up 2 single beds as requested which we appreciated as 2 friends. The icecream on the corner opposite Santa Maria Maggiore entrance was fantastic - especially melon and coffee flavours!

The street was fairly quiet but the main street nearby had enough noise of traffic and rubbish collection throughout the night that we had to close the window in the early hours and use air conditioning, as otherwise it prevented sleep. But this worked fine. The bathroom door is not sound proof at all. I would have liked a central bathroom light as the mirror light was harsh. No breakfast is included despite the name but you know this from the start. You have a kettle and mini fridge.

Selected hotel for proximity to Roma Termini yet not on one of big busy streets closer to station. Comfortable, clean room with all I needed. Hostess helped me carry bags up the stairs.

It suited my purposes well; not the area of Rome I’d choose for longer stay but perfect for anyone on foot in transition from train station. Very.close to cathedral.

The apartment is in an excellent location for all of the sites. We loved the Monti area. Gina, the host, was brilliant and she went above and beyond to accommodate and welcome us. She even woke up with me at 3am to assist with getting a taxi back to the airport which was very kind. Thank you so much Gina! The beds were super comfortable which is just what you need after a day of walking around Rome. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in a stellar location, close to the colosseum, train station and solid AC. Our host was wonderful and was so hospitable!

We loved this place! The beds are definitely on the firm side but the host, Gina, makes sure you have anything you need.

a bit difficult to communicate. two different phone numbers given neither of which seemed to work. Mattress is on the firm side - which some may like - I'd prefer a little softer. The tap in the bathroom sink produces water very slowly.

The location was excellent. Host was very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage after we checked out to collect later.

Might be useful for people to know that there is nobody on site, so it is important to confirm time of arrival, so that you can be let in.

Location was great! Right by the Basilica where Pope Francis was buried. Host was very nice waiting for us by the door and allowing us to check in earlier. Apartment was very pretty in a beautiful building.
