The guy at the reception (I forgot his name) gave us excellent service, explaining the walking route, storing belongings and making us feel safe. He deserves all the credit. The ability to park the car in the back parking lot is a big advantage.

Good location, wonderful staff, felt safe and secure. Bed, pillows, and towels very comfy. Elevators and some stairs. Breakfast good. Staff recommended great restaurants.

In the height of its life it was likely an amazing property, we could see that in many details and infrastructure, however, it could use a bit of care and maintenance to bring it back up in its function and splendor. In our original booked room the air conditioner was not working and we asked for another room with working A/C and the staff were kind to let us change rooms (thankfully there was a room available and the A/C worked better). It was a bonus that the second room was a little bigger than the first as well. Nonetheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt cared for by the staff.

Breakfast is amazing! Location is excellent, right next to the Basilica Santa Maria, cute Gelateria, and affordable souvenir shops for the family. The exceptional customer service from the front desk staff, the bed down staff and the team in the breakfast room made our stay bellissimo! I highly recommend this hotel as it makes a great starting point to your Rome adventure. Ciao! Paniza family

No complaints!

Wonderful location for transportation access, there is a bus stop steps away and the Termini is a 5 minute walk, with regional trains and Metro. The facility is a palace, and the reception rooms, which were always empty are quite grand.

There is a wonderful, large private courtyard. But there was no refreshment service! It wasn't possible to have a cocktail or even a coffee there.

The staff was fantastic. The location was ideal for walking through Rome and seen the known land parks and many attractions. Close to nice restaurants and I felt safe.

Free parking, right in the heart of Rome and elevator! The front desk staff was really amazing and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean

Perfect place , Antico Palazzo. I already recommended this hotel to my friends. Nearby is free garage so no need to worry if you are with your private car. I will come back here again for sure.

You could smell the humidity in the room but this is how it is as this is an old Palace.

Lack of an in-house bar.

This was in a great location near sites. The staff checked us in early. The room was very nice.
