The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the train station, so easily reachable on foot. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options from a delicious table with sweets to a choice of ham, cheese, yoghurts, a varity of breads, cereals and a couple of hot dishes. The location was great! The major attractions were just a short walk away from the hotel. The metro was also close by for further destionations like the Vatican. After checkout we were able to leave our luggage at their storage room until we had to go to the airport.

At check-in I would have liked to be informed that we needed to put the key into the outlet in the wall in order to have electricity in the room. Complimentary bottle of water would have been nice in the room. This is not a complaint but rather a suggestion.

Unfortunately, it seems the metro passes under the hotel which makes it vibrate each two minutes and the sound of the metro passing comes even to the 3rd floor.

First of all, the hotel’s location is excellent. It’s very close to a bus station, which makes it super easy to get around the city. It’s also about a 15-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, and from there, you can reach many of Rome’s main attractions on foot. Secondly, the environment and cleanliness were truly impressive. The hotel provided everything as promised — clean towels, soap, shower gel, hair conditioner, and a full set of toiletries. They really thought of the little details. Lastly, the staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more comfortable.

The only issue we experienced was the noise around the room we booked (from the street). Since we stayed on the first floor, it was quite loud, especially during the first night. I believe the upper floors — like the second or third — might be quieter. That said, the noise wasn’t a problem during the second and third nights. Also, we didn’t ask the staff to change our room, so maybe if we had, they would’ve helped. I just wanted to mention that as well. Other than that, everything was great and there weren’t any major issues.

The apartment was big. Very comfortable for me and my couple. there was an extra bed which was handy to have, as well as a desk. the bathroom was very spacious and the shower was perfect! Every member of staff we interacted with was really kind and helpful. they were patient with my poor Italian and eager to help me improve it a little bit. Breakfast was varied. classic Italian breakfast with pastries, cakes and some cold meats and cheese. Fruits, juices and delicious freshly made coffee. the view of the cathedral from the balcony cannot be better. 10 minutes walk to Termini and 25 minutes walk to Piazza Navona and the main old town. this was wonderful.

We chose Basilica Hotel for its perfect location, just a short walk from both the train station and the city center. The room was simple but spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly friendly, always eager to help, and made us feel truly welcomed. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay! The selection was fresh and varied, featuring delicious Italian baked treats like pistachio and lemon rings, along with an irresistible forest fruit cake. There was also fresh fruit, yogurt, bacon, scrambled eggs, sun-dried tomatoes, ricotta, and more. The coffee, made by one of the staff members, was one of the best I’ve had in Rome. The breakfast team was fantastic—thank you for such a great experience!

There were occasionally some slight odors in the bathroom, which could have been related to the bathroom.

The staff are very nice. Quiet hotel. Great for what you would expect a 3 star hotel to be. No luxurious facilities like a swimming pool or spacious rooms. However if you are looking for a clean and nice place to stay in while spend the day roaming the city this would be a great hotel. The location is amazing, close to almost all touristic areas.

Breakfast wasn’t fancy. But sufficient for a what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. But multiple available restaurants were close to the hotel for breakfast so this wasn’t an issue

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to all the main sights of Rome. It offers all the necessary amenities, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire hotel, including the rooms, is spotlessly clean, and housekeeping is done daily. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, which adds to the convenience. Breakfast is delicious, with everything fresh, even if you arrive later in the morning. There's always enough food for everyone, which is a big plus. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. I particularly appreciated that the soap provided was liquid, not in small packages, which was a nice touch. Wi-fi signal was a bit weak but it is not a big deal. Overall, a wonderful stay!

It is a hotel with a perfect location. The Colosseum is very close. The city center/old town is also within walking distance. Termini train station is only a 10-minute walk away if you need to take the train to the airport or elsewhere. The hotel leaves a luxurious impression. Our room was very clean and cozy with a view of the courtyard and the city over the rooftops. In addition, it has a good selection of breakfast, which is generally minimal in Italy, but here it was richer. I recommend staying here, whether for one or more nights.
