Your main man, Joy. He was very helpful and always smiling and a very hard worker. Beds were comfortable, room was air conditioned and a window for fresh air if needed. Bathroom was very good and clean. Distance to all cafe’s and train station was excellent.

No number big enough on outside wall. More explanation need to say that Carvour train station is down the “bottom” end of Urbana Street. You advertise being “only 850 metres from main train station” but it’s not. It’s more like “850 metres from Carvour train station” which is 1 station away from main Train termini.

Very friendly welcome, exceptionally clean, everything we needed, even a bidet!!! Bedroom lovely size, with original shutters on the inside and outside of window. Really pretty street and all we needed within a short walk.

The only problem was finding it! We spent 30-40 minutes walking up and down trying to find it, caused anxiety thinking it didn't exist! Eventually found it, no signage, just label on doorbell! Next door to Lavendar Blu laundrette for anyone else in same predicament!

The accomodation was located within the lovely suburb of Monti, ideal for walking around and exploring in. It was also down the road from the Metro station so getting around Rome was fairly easy. It is also within walking distance to the Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain (although you could use the Metro lines to get to these places quicker). It is also one metro stop away from the main train station (Termini Station) where you can use the high-speed trains as well as get to the airport. The room was tidy and had everything that was mentioned in the description.

It would be ideal if there was a 'I Dormienti' sign outside the door to make it slightly easier to find.

The main point of the property was the location. Just 10 min from the Colosseum and a half-hour walk to most of the historical and religious sites of the old city. There are also many good bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The property looks very simple but clean and safe. The owner was ready to provide anything we needed.

We only felt the accommodation should be more clearly signaled. There is no signal at the street door and when you first get to the first floor, you don't know which door lets you inside. The shower box is very tight.

We stayed one night at I Dormienti and I can only say positive things for this accommodation. The price for the stay was reasonable for such a central area. The metro station Cavour is located just around the corner, and both Colosseum and Rome Termini are just a couple of minutes away of walking. The room was good, had everything we needed and the bottle water was really appreciated. The street outside has very little traffic and not much noise during the night. We were able to store our backpacks at the location twice, much appreciated! Lastly, I need to thank Joy, the hotel manager, for such a kind welcome, being very communicative, and service minded.

Nothing to remark. Easily 10/10 for this hotel!

To be honest, I was a bit concerned after seeing the photos on Google. However, upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the host's hospitality. They were very proactive in communication via WhatsApp, even assisting with my check-in time and helping with my luggage, which was impressive. The location was convenient, albeit a bit noisy due to the busy street traffic. However, it felt safe, and there were plenty of good restaurants and breakfast spots nearby. Many thanks to Roy for the wonderful accommodation and for graciously holding onto our luggage beyond the checkout time, as our flight was not until six hours later. Roy also helped us with the clear marks on the maps, routes and best places to look for.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, so any additional feedback would be minor. For instance, managing three color-coded keys was a bit of a hassle. This could easily be improved with more advanced lock systems. Also opening main gate was little complicated.

Basic no frill room. Walk up two flights is stairs with your laughed but employee helped us. Lights were out on arrival as the entire area was experiencing a blackout - not the hotels fault. Great walkable location to all major sites!

No signage of the rooms/place - so a bit difficult to find but we found it after looking for the door number 96 on arrival in front of the big door. And buzzer with the name on it and you’ll see it.

Fantastic location to restaurants, the Colosseum and the train station. Great amenities such as a fridge, a microwave, coffee machine and nice bathroom ensuite.

The floor of the room was not clean, very dusty like it hadn’t been swept or mopped before us. The bed and linen was clean.

Location - walking distance to every corner of Rome that I wanted to see and visit. Very friendly and safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and stayed in touch with us during the check-in and we had no problems throughout the trip.

Really nothing at all that would arise any concerns. Maybe the walls or the doors are thin there and you can hear noises e.g. when someone is entering the apartments (key unlocks) and some noises from the street, but I guess that it is the fault of the old building. Just bring earplugs for better sleep :)

Great place in the city center. Important attractions within walking distance. There is also a metro nearby and places where you can eat deliciously. I would especially like to note the responsive administrator who explained everything in detail and provided the keys.
