Property is located within a condominium on the third floor. once you enter the part that is actually the hotel it is quite a different world and quite beautiful. instructions on entering after hours were clear and concise and very easy. we arrived around 9pm and the host facilitated a transfer for us from FCO to the hotel. host is there for a short period of time but she is readily available via WhatsApp and very kind and helpful. rooms are quite big and jacuzzi is massive (a little slow to fill) but quite a nice amenity. there is a mini bar available for a set price. we needed an iron which host made available for us by the time we arrived. loved this place, wonderful and near piazza di popolo. great location and lots of places nearby. we walked from Fontana de trevi ( approx 20 minutes) every night. very safe and good place to stay if you want privacy and nice stay in the heart of Rome. Spanish steps and all the fancy shops are nearby as well if that’s a plus.

only issue we had was wifi. first night we were fine then the last two nights it acted spotty. but other then that. no other issues.

The rooms were clean, staff friendly and great location. We honeymooned here for 9 nights in the King suite. the jacuzzi was perfect after long days of walking and the mini bar came in handy the first night because our flight was delayed in arriving until after midnight and the restaurants nearby were closed. My husband and I both had never traveled outside of our country before and we were worried about a few things, but The Spanish Diamond was such a welcoming experience. We would recommend to anybody looking for a romantic getaway. The room had double paned windows so we couldn't hear anything outside, which made sleeping in easy. We were provided with recommendations for things to do and places to eat, we had easy (but long) walking access to: the football stadium for an AS Roma game, Vatican city, the colosseum, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese, and all of the shopping near Via del Corso (among other common tourist haunts). One day, the staff even left us a surprise to make our stay even more special. Overall, a great experience in this private getaway from the crowded streets of the city.

The air on could be a bit more powerful The bedding was a bit strange - the duvet wasn’t inside of sheets - instead it was sandwich between two normal white sheets so the inner duvet was showing which I did not like due to cleanliness - to deal with this we just used the top white sheet and pushed to bottom white sheet and duvet to the end of the bed - this was no problem as it was very hot whilst we were there - not a massive problem but something to highlight! Little expensive for what it was worth! As a treat it was great!

The suites were situated in a great location to easily access the various landmarks, as well as the numerous shops, bars & restaurants. The suite host, Elena, and her Team were fantastic. They were always contactable either in person at tbe suites or via WhatsApp to deal with any issues & offer expert guidance. Thank you. The suite itself was spacious & comfy - and the jacuzzi just added to the experience (and was much needed after a long day sightseeing). We'd certainly stay there again if we ever get the chance to visit Rome again.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many of the famous sites. 5 minutes from Spanish steps. 10 minutes from Trevi Fountains. 25 minutes from Vatican City. 30 minutes from Colossium. Really helpful staff with easy check in and out. Excellent standard of cleaning in the room. All finished to high standards. Some really good restaurants close by too. We particularly enjoyed Pizza Re and Tratorria Al Gran which are both located on the same street. This made it very easy due the heavy rain to find a place to eat. Highly recommend this hotel.

The photos and fine print on the booking will let you know if you actually have a jacquzzi in your room. I went too quickly booking (which is ultimately my responsibility) but I do think they could do a better job clearly outlining which suites have a spa and which ones are just standard rooms.

This apartment was amazing, it was clean, in a great location for all attractions and the service from both the maid and the lady on reception was brilliant. I would highly recommend and should we return to Rome, this is where I would be staying again. The hot tub was amazing after a busy day of walking, staying there for hours watching Netflix. Thank you for ensuring we had an amazing stay.

We loved our time here! Perfect location - close to the metro to the Colosseum and super close to the spanish steps. The Trevi fountain and the pantheon weren’t too far of a walk either. The room was gorgeous and the staff were amazing! We spoke to staff on Whatsapp and they helped us with information and booking a taxi to the airport. An amazing stay!

The room was clean- we could smell the bleach when we first entered. Perfect location within walking distant to the Spanish step, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Very comfortable bedding

Not really a dislike and didn’t effect our stay but the water too quiet a while to warm up and didn’t get very hot

The location is perfect, so close to all the main attractions, everything is walkable and loved the little cafe next door and the staff being available on what’s app. Bed so comfy also

The elevator is tiny but only on the 3rd floor so no big deal, if you are a hotel person and like the facilities of a hotel and 24 hour presence by reception this place is not for you
