From the moment you check in you’re made to feel special. They take great care in ensuring you have the best experience and we did. We were travelling with some elderly guests and the staff went over and above to ensure their needs were taken care of. We were very impressed. The hotel is small but very well located, the decor was of a high standard with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. We loved the all day breakfast option and the location was perfect for shopping and seeing many of the major sites of Rome were easily accessible.

There are two locations and that caught us out at first with our larger party separated between the two buildings (the other one is 15 min walk away). Thankfully the hotel notified us of this before we arrived and they were extremely gracious and generous in being able to find a way of accomodating us all in the main hotel.

The central location is ideal for visiting many key places of interest in Rome — many within walking distance — and also easy access to the Metro. The hotel is beautifully and thoughtfully appointed, and the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, are outstanding. Truly a refuge after a long day of sightseeing.

There was some street noise. We didn’t mind the energetic chatter of the strolling crowds in the evenings, but the roar and clatter of delivery & service vehicles is the pre-dawn hours were less enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is stellar and the decor and ambiance is top notch!

Mistakes happen and we can have compassion for that but we had asked the front desk to get us a taxi for 5 people, 5 hours before our departure time. 10 minutes past our departure we find out they “couldn’t get one”. If we had known this when we asked for the taxi we could have made other arrangements. We had a very expensive reservation we missed and had to be them to still take us because of this lack of communication.

This boutique hotel is a gem - beautifully furnished throughout and very well maintained with an excellent team who go out of their way to help you. Breakfast - lovely choice of pastries, an a la carte menu of pancakes, eggs, eggs benedict, avocado etc and fresh fruit Location - walking distance to the main sites, easy to come back for a break and then set off again for another visit. On our arrival there was a welcome card and some traditional biscuits! The mini bar was complimentary - nice selection of soft drinks. Each evening when the beds were turned down there was a little treat on bedside table.

The absolute best location hidden on the most charming street. We walked everywhere, there are many great restaurants and shops around. We walked to the Spanish steps daily. Impeccable service, delicious food, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back here on our next trip to Rome.

Location of the hotel was very convenient. Within walking distance of many interesting sights to visit and shops. Breakfast was excellent, choice, taste, variety, everything was very good and the service amazing. It was very clean, the staff was very polite, keen to help and make you feel welcome. The room was very comfortable, everything was working perfectly. I would definitely stay again, it is strongly recommended.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and extremely stylish. Great mix of modern and classic styles. The team (led by Andreea) were amazing - nothing ever too much trouble and they dealt with all requests quickly. Completely magical stay. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a great variety on offer. Staff were very welcoming in the dining room (if a little erratic in service). Ideal location to see all the major sights of Rome, and very easy to navigate, being on the via del Corso.

The hotel is amazing; lots of attention to the details: colors, shapes, unique design: high tech, simple and beautiful at the same time. Absolutely helpful ladies at the reception: they helped us with the reservations of the restaurants: both times it was excellent choices. I love the room: big selection of the pillows, comfy bed, a speaker (important to me), everything you need in the bathroom, the hotel is either renovated or new, all the furniture and interior are new. I would like to say about the breakfast separately. There is no buffet, which I found absolutely amazing. The a la carte menu is various and it has many different options for everyone. the quality of food is outstanding. I strongly recommend this hotel. It is a gem located right at the centre of Rome by Spagna steps.

The only thing was a bit annoying- the noise from outside. But if you want to live in the centre , it’s predictable.

Lovely hotel with art filled hallways. Pristine rooms wonderfully designed and very beautifully laid out. Loved the adjacent shared courtyard. Turndown service with exquisite pastries and generous minibar juices and selection of bottled waters were a truly nice touch. Staff was unfailingly responsive and genuinely kind. It’s a rare hotel that practices such genuine hospitality. The doormen and front desk reception went above and beyond to be supportive.
