The room was really cozy and pretty. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. They had snacks and a bottle of wine in the room, they provided towels and a hairdryer, and they have shampoo too. We stayed only 3 nights and everyday they were coming and clean our room. Also they have a little kitchen with a fridge, a kettle and an espresso machine. The soundproof was okay, if you were talking really loud they can hear you tho. The receptionist were nice and friendly and you can also communicate via WhatsApp. The location was amazing and nearby there are a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops. I recommended it for sure!

There's nothing we didn't like but I have to tell, and they let you know too, that the reception is in a different building. It's not a real hotel, it's an apartment with different rooms and I think that they have more apartments. Our rooms were similar to the photos, not exactly the same but they were really nice and clean anyways.

Great location. Excellent bed. Great duvet/cover. Clean room. Nice operable window onto quiet street. I appreciated access to the tea kettle, teas and cups:). Also the small fridge in the room was handy

Minimal racks/no drawers or hooks in bathroom or room/wall to hang things (pyjamas, wet towels, jackets, day clothes &c. So our clothing and shoes were always in a big pile :(

The Spanish Suite is a great place for a city break. It has all you need - big bed, AC that works well, clean bathroom with lots of towels that are changed every day. The biggest plus - location. Few mins walk to main attractions, stores and restaurants. Staff - super friendly and helpful and so easy at contact with. I needed invoice ready before we left and Sergey was sure all is done in 5 mins. We truly recommend this place!

I would change beds because they are too soft but for 3-4 nights it’s ok

I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was very clean, spacious and contained all of the necessary facilities. The location was excellent, as it was really close to important locations even on a walking distance, but what made the experience better was the staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful when it came to explaining and giving recommendations for spots to visit and nice restaurants. Definitely going back again!

The location is wonderful. Absolutely all the main attractions are within walking distance and two minutes away from the main shopping street. We especially liked the service of the staff - Sergio. Sergio gave us information about places to visit, recommended good guides, told us about life in the city and was very helpful with the transfer. Staff is 10 out of 10.

We booked this accommodation very last minute (the night before arrival) as we were having issues with the hotel we were booked in. On arrival the staff were so lovely and friendly and the location was amazing. It was our last night of our trip and after having a very poorly stay in Rome prior to that, the staff, lovely accommodation and location completely stunned us. Will definitely be back to visit and will recommend to all family and friends!

Small elevator!

It was a nice room, with a lot of space and good air-conditioning that is so good at summer. Stuff kindly allowed us keep our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy town without bags

There was one light broken but it was fixed next day, so no problem

Great location, very close to the Spanish steps and walking distance to almost all popular Rome landmarks. Complete facilities, aircon is working well. It's got elevator. Just need to be noted that the lobby is on a separate building that is 1 block away from where the actual rooms are, so checking in was confusing at first. But the staff who welcomed us was very helpful in assisting us

The bathroom had a leak so there were some days where our bathroom floor is really soaked. Sometimes it happens and at other times it doesn't.

Breakfast was simple and lovely - great coffee, cheese, meats, bread and orange juice The staff especially Ali was fantastic and helpful - he called a taxi for us many times as we needed to be out early for our city tours! Hotel location was perfect - in the middle of Old Town!! Safe and close to shops & cafes. Everything is almost walking distance.

Air-conditioning could be better as we were in Rome during the summer. Lifts were tiny but I guess that's pretty common in Rome especially in the old town.

The hotel is excellent, especially due to its central location, which makes everything easily accessible. The staff is friendly and approachable, always ready to help. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be coming back!
