Great location with a very discrete hotel entrance, extremely clean and modern interior design. Receptionists were all very friendly, reliable and courteous. Concierge services bookable via whatsapp. Great mattress and pillows. Breakfast served in a nice small room, I had only ten minutes but the croissant served was the best I ever had in my life!

I requested a room with a bathtub when I made the reservation on booking.com, the hotel replied within hours confirming they will try to arrange for my request. Upon arrival I was first told, yes room with bathtub. When we went to the room it was clear there was no bathtub, just a shower with a steam bath. It sounded to me that there were only a few of the 23 rooms with bathtub. The EUR21 charged for a small glass of Asian mix nuts was in my opinion a little over the top...

This hotel is the best experience I've ever had. Everything was sooo perfect: receptionist, all employees, the room, the room service, the bar, ... Best place to explore the city by foot!

Concierge service outstanding, they immediately understood what we liked in terms of restaurants and every day ensured we had another fabulous experience in another great restaurant. Constant availability through whatsapp is such a personal touch that I have never experienced. But it makes you feel someone is always having your back when discovering Rome and just a text message away to help.

Even with a gun pointed at my head I wouldn’t be able to come up with any improvement ideas. Thanks to this hotel my mum and me had the best time and made the best memories in Rome.

Sofa bed mattress even when comforter was added

The location is excellent - within walking distance to main tourist sites, and the shopping district. It is also a stone's throw away from two Catholic Churches and an impressive Cathedral. The studio was a surprise - it consisted of a bedroom, a nice size living area, a separate shower room, and a bathroom. The connection room for my friends who shared a bedroom was extremely convenient and fun when traveling with friends.

I didn't like the sleeping area of the other room which was like a loft with lower ceilings.

The reception was very wonderful. Mrs. Dana is one of the best people. I really see their love for their job and how they help people. she help us with many reservation .The room was upgraded on the occasion of our wedding anniversary. Mrs. Rodica from the restaurant was one of the kindest people. The way she explained and presented food was more than wonderful. She was the reason that made me add breakfast to the hotel. The variety of cheeses and honey is what made me live my experience in Rome and travel. The cheese was made in the Italian countryside. You can imagine the taste. Also, I do not forget sister Camilla, she was very kind, smiling, and wonderful. Professor Enrico is very great and courteous and helped us with cars and getting quick transportation service.
