We’ve missed more salty breakfast options, than 2 types of meats and 1 type of bread.

Everything was good, dinner was great, our server he's very helpful, and did a pleasant job of describing the meals, the room were OK, decent, clean enough, AC was Ok too not too cold but fresh enough for hot summer, we didnt enjoy our balcony because a bit dusty but its Ok, since we didnt hv much time to relax,we're happy and its all matter

We're explained all above, but i had bad experience in the lobby restroom, the door lock was locked, it was not easy to open it for a few seconds, I panicked, and banged on the door hard, but only after I banged hard the door lock be opened

It was very pleasent from the moment we checked in till we checked out. The staff were excellent. We asked how we could get hot water for tea they provided us with a kettle and cups without even asking. I was very pleasently surprised to get such good sevice as I was not exepcting due to the location of the hotel and the star rating. They definitly exceeds in service. I travelled alone with kids and we had very good support from the staff

The breakfast was exceptional. We loved the spaghetti carbonara we ordered at the evening. It was delicious, and very reasonable price. The closest recommended supermarket is Carrefour Tor Vergata, which is reachable by using Uber. The hotel let me store 4 of my luggages for 4 days after my stay for free, which was really helpful for my short trip to Lourdes. It's also close to the Ciampino Airport.

The hotel is near the airport Ciampino. We had a shuttle bus for a very good price to the hotel. The staff is friendly and we had a very good communication before and during our stay. There is a free shuttle bus to the metro station Anagnina and to return to the hotel you can also use bus 503 which brings you infront of the hotel. Nice garden. Far from the business city Center. Each room has its own balcony.

This was a great place to stay, especially considering the price. The hotel offers an escape from the crowds in the city centre and a high quality accommodation, including services. The room was nice and spatious, the hotel is overall very nice. Room service is very thorough and flexible - they clean from roughly 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and respect "don't disturb" signs without skipping your room entirely (unlike in most hotels). The breakfast, although people complained about repetitivness, offers a very good variety of foods - yoghurt, bread and accessories, eggs and pastries. After 6 nights, I was still very satisfied with the choices and I appreciate that you can get it any time from 7 to 10 a.m. The neighbourhood around the hotel is very clean and without any "problem elements". Slightly scary is the underpass on the way to Cinecitta, but you shouldn't be afraid using it - the scariest thing you will find there are spiders. Very important note, the metro A line the hotel is located near has last trains running at 9 p.m. from sunday to thursday (due to a long term maintenance project; most people find out only after arriving to Rome) and the buses are a bit unreliable (they simply don't follow the schedule reported by Google maps). Nevertheless, the hotel offers a free shuttle service during cartain hours + you can take a joy ride on a e-scooter. I highly recommend taking one of these joy rides, as you can get a 3.50 euro pass on Dott for 2x30 minute rides and see the aquaducto park on the way to the centre. Good restaurants are located just a short ride from the hotel - the closest best restaurant I can recommend is Braceria La Gazza; they have a huge capacity, great pasta and awesome prices. More great restaurants and bars can be found between Subaugusta and Porta Furba metro stations, just a few minutes away from the hotel by public transport or e-scooter.

The only negative I can think of is the absence of glasses in the hotel rooms -> only plastic cups were available (this is based on an economy room; higher class rooms may have glasses at disposal).

Excellent dinner, nice and clean sauna, great staff. Kettle in the sauna with tea and cookie. Small but nice garden.

The economy room does not have a kettle for tea or coffe. The hair dryer is old and in poor condition. You do not get a sheet in the sauna and the floor is slippery, you must bring your own flip flops. They don't have good coffe for breakfast.

Room was exceptional, regular cleaning and restocking the bathroom supplies. Breakfast was great with kind personnel who wanted to make us additional coffee or scrambled eggs. Dinner was restaurant type of dinner, with restaurant prices. There is free bus from hotel to nearest metro station, three times in the morning and twice in the afternoon, also with option to wait for your return. On our last day we were unable to arrive to breakfast due to early flight and we got box breakfast which is great, just the food inside of the package was scarce. It should have some sandwich or something.

Awful location, it was problematic to get anywhere. Furthermore they have an airport shuttle but they refused it to us because they said 4 am is too early...Moreover the breakfast was exactly the same every morning which was not really nice.

We knowed that is so far from the city center, but the hotel doesn’t have informations that if you arrive late at night in the city- doesn’t have public transport to the hotel. We’ve spend 3-4h searching for the hotel with bagage at 3am because we can’t find any taxi or bus. Sooo sooo terrible. The property doesn’t have any sign with directions, very hard to find without car or taxi (at night). By day you can use the bus 503 near the hotel to the metro.
