The owner is very kind and at disposal all the time. They cleaned room every day, changed towels every second day. The location is good, near bus and metro station. It was a good value for the money and comfortable for me as a solo-traveller.

Sound insulation was poor and you can hear other guests every single word. It would be good to provide a glass/mug in the room.

Communication.

I have used hotels, Bnb, vacation homes, etc. All of them offered basics. Coffee/Tea/bottle of water and teapot. This facility has none. All of them have at least two pillows for each guest. We tried to make do with the thin pillows that we were provided with. On the third day, we requested for pillows. While the pillows were provided, had to make another request for pillowcases. And, the pillowcases were provided the next day when they changed the bed linens. All of them had blankets and/or extra blankets. The blankets provided can be improved. They looked and felt like sleeping bags. Warmer blankets would have been much appreciated.

It was clean, I only had one interaction with Emanuel when I checked in, but the room was okay, the shower was not great though. It's close enough to walk to all of the good sites if you're fit enough. I managed to plan my routes to walk everywhere. Its about 5km route which was lovely.

Very good accommodation with spacious rooms. We didn’t book a room with the bath tub but the shower in our room was a highlight as well. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Very convenient location if you want to do a trip to the Vatican. The Metro stop where you can reach the city center within a few minutes are not far away from the accommodations. Great value for the price, can definitely recommend!

Really, the apartment its really fine and enough for travelling. The immediate reply of the host to every inquiry makes the stay even more valuable. What i really consider a huge advantage, its the location of the apartment. Forget about public transportation. In the morning grab a coffee and in 20mins of easy walking youre at Vatican. Walk 5 more minutes and youre about to discover the heart of Rome.

This was the best value i could find in Rome! The room was comfortable and large enough. The staff was kind and helpful. I felt like walking... it's possible to walk to the Vatican and other tourist sites.

The hotel has a locked entrance, so make sure you have phone service to contact the staff to let you in! I didn't but the cafe outside kindly let me use their WiFi- good coffee too. The shower is small- good for tall people, but not wide people.

Cleaning, jacuzzi, location is good near Vatican and metro.

Facilities: there is no kitchenware, even kettle, only a tiny fridge. A very little space for clothing storage. There is a folding bed, so it is not super comfortable and it's creaky. Soundproofing is bad.

It is a modest room, clean, with a great common terrace. The staff were all wonderful, a nice little coffee shop (ABC) nearby and the best pizza in the world, in a little shop (Massimo and Cinzia) is a 10 minute walk. Easy access to public transportation and the airport shuttle. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Very friendly staff. The building is nice and the rooms have a nice style with everything you need. The shower was great! It's 20-30min from the airport with a special bus (cheaper and faster than taking the train). It's located at a residential area, so it was an interesting and nice experience.

The hotel runner is great. He's responsive, helpful, and on top of things. Gave recommendations and answered any questions to make it an easier trip. Rooms are perfect for solo travelers. Space was good. I'm sure a couple that doesn't need the high end stuff will also find it sufficient for a stay on the shorter side. Had a smart tv in the room which was nice. Location was good, but there isn't much around your area. If you like an area with the great restaurants and night life, this won't be that. It's truly a local neighborhood. But it's easy and quick to get to places with public transport because it's centrally located.

Could've had a couple things like soaps and a bottle of water in the rooms. Especially since things will close after 10p in this area, if you get to the hotel late and need things like water or body wash to shower, it would've been good to offer these bare bone amenities. It was also not easy to find the place upon check in. Clearer instructions on that would've been helpful, just in case the hotel manager can't pick up his phone.
