The location was great. Lory receive us very well. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was a pleasure to stay there.

my flight had some delay(about 2 hours) which I couldn't predict. I told the property I will arrive at 13, instead, I arrived at 15:30. the rule of the property said if you want to do the check-in before 15 you have to pay 15 euros, even if I arrived at 15:30, I paid the fee because they waited for 2 hours. The owner called me at first, she told me for the waiting time you have to pay 10, but after half an hour she change her mind. The lady which did the check-in could speak English at all.

Close to the center , easy to visit Rome

Furniture ; products for care very bad quality, loquid soap was actually water , no kettle , no lights into the entrance hall , sporlights are having an intermittent light , towels changed only because we asked ( otherwise, they are changing everything after check-out / we stayed for a week ) ! Needs a lot of work to be proper for a good review !!! The best part its Lori ( she was administering the property) : she is great ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was clean and comfortable.

There is no privacy. This place is a rip-off. The owner wanted to charge 10€ for us to drop off luggage early and it’s 15€ to check in late. Feels like she is ripping off tourists to pay rent. All that is offered is clean sheets and towels.
