It was our first time in Italy, I want to say that the people working here are very nice and do their job qualitatively. We got a wonderful administrator Orlando, who helped us from the moment we arrived, was constantly in touch, told us the way, where to buy what, where to go, the schedule of transport, in general, everything that a tourist needed to know. There are the sweetest ladies who clean the rooms, very responsive and kind. As for the hotel itself, it is located in a wonderful area, not far from the Vatican, nearby you can find everything you need, pharmacies, shops, coffee shops, restaurants, as well as bus stops. The rooms themselves are clean and well equipped, there is a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the city, and in the evenings it is very quiet, so you can sleep peacefully. Thanks to the guys for their professionalism, and for the fact that they contributed to the comfort of our trip When we fly here again, we will definitely check the availability of rooms in this hotel

We recently spent eight wonderful nights at this hotel in Rome, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean, and the balcony provided a peaceful spot to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at a nearby café, which was just a short, convenient walk from the hotel. What stood out most was the hotel’s staff: warm, attentive, and always available to help. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, assistance with reservations, or tips for exploring the city’s historic landmarks, they were eager to support us. The hotel’s location is perfect for both business travelers and tourists, as it offers easy access to key attractions while remaining a reliable base for planning day trips. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome—whether for work, leisure, or a bit of both.

The only drawback was that the hotel is a bit far from the metro station. However, we could always ask the nearby café staff to call a taxi for us; the fares were reasonable and the ride was very convenient.

The owner is very kind and at disposal all the time. They cleaned room every day, changed towels every second day. The location is good, near bus and metro station. It was a good value for the money and comfortable for me as a solo-traveller.

Sound insulation was poor and you can hear other guests every single word. It would be good to provide a glass/mug in the room.

Communication.

I have used hotels, Bnb, vacation homes, etc. All of them offered basics. Coffee/Tea/bottle of water and teapot. This facility has none. All of them have at least two pillows for each guest. We tried to make do with the thin pillows that we were provided with. On the third day, we requested for pillows. While the pillows were provided, had to make another request for pillowcases. And, the pillowcases were provided the next day when they changed the bed linens. All of them had blankets and/or extra blankets. The blankets provided can be improved. They looked and felt like sleeping bags. Warmer blankets would have been much appreciated.

It was clean, I only had one interaction with Emanuel when I checked in, but the room was okay, the shower was not great though. It's close enough to walk to all of the good sites if you're fit enough. I managed to plan my routes to walk everywhere. Its about 5km route which was lovely.

Very good accommodation with spacious rooms. We didn’t book a room with the bath tub but the shower in our room was a highlight as well. Everything was clean and the staff was really nice and helpful. Very convenient location if you want to do a trip to the Vatican. The Metro stop where you can reach the city center within a few minutes are not far away from the accommodations. Great value for the price, can definitely recommend!

Really, the apartment its really fine and enough for travelling. The immediate reply of the host to every inquiry makes the stay even more valuable. What i really consider a huge advantage, its the location of the apartment. Forget about public transportation. In the morning grab a coffee and in 20mins of easy walking youre at Vatican. Walk 5 more minutes and youre about to discover the heart of Rome.

This was the best value i could find in Rome! The room was comfortable and large enough. The staff was kind and helpful. I felt like walking... it's possible to walk to the Vatican and other tourist sites.

The hotel has a locked entrance, so make sure you have phone service to contact the staff to let you in! I didn't but the cafe outside kindly let me use their WiFi- good coffee too. The shower is small- good for tall people, but not wide people.

It is a modest room, clean, with a great common terrace. The staff were all wonderful, a nice little coffee shop (ABC) nearby and the best pizza in the world, in a little shop (Massimo and Cinzia) is a 10 minute walk. Easy access to public transportation and the airport shuttle. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Cleaning, jacuzzi, location is good near Vatican and metro.

Facilities: there is no kitchenware, even kettle, only a tiny fridge. A very little space for clothing storage. There is a folding bed, so it is not super comfortable and it's creaky. Soundproofing is bad.
