Overall great, this isn't a hotel, more like self-contained flats with shared kitchen, which was perfect for us. Room and bathroom we're clean, coffee machine in the room with coffee pods provided. 20 mins walk to Vatican and bus stop outside with easy access to both airports.

Kettle in shared kitchen didn't seem to work, this wasn't a massive problem as we each room had a coffee machine. Shower had two heads, one overhead one and one lower. The overhead one wasn't great I guess due to water pressure.

The check-in was smooth, we could even leave our luggage before the formalities. The lady from the reception is friendly and helpful. We had an espresso machine in our room and every day we found coffee capsule next to it. Very much appreciate it. The room was cleaned every day as well. The mattress is super comfortable and both the room and the bathroom big enough. The balcony is a plus too. The location is on point. Right in front of the building there is a bus station, there are several shops, restaurants. Definitely worth the money, I recommend it.

Just bear in mind this is a guest house and it can be noisy from time to time, but for us it wasn't that uncomfortable.

The room was really clean more than I expected. The balcony had a good view, stairs with plants of the closed alley. The staff are friendly and clean the room every day. The bus stop in front of the hotel (4-meter walking) to most landmarks. Only change once to reach Termini( Rome central station)

If provide breakfast and charge it could be perfect. ( Maybe it is provided but I did not know). If it is, let guests know. The water from the sink didn't run, I didn't know the solution is push up something on the sink. The staff fixed it. A note at the top of the sink could be helpful, then everyone knows how to do it.

The room was big enough, we had everything we needed and the communication with the stuff was smooth.

People at the reception work only until afternoon. The room could have been a bit more clean and the location is not ideal if you want to go to the center, which is far. But there is a bus in front of the building, which is an advantage.

the location is good and it seems to be inside of old residential building, which is a special charm. Room is big enough, bed is very comfortable.

The sound insulation is really bad! during the day being there is basically pointless, as all the day you will be hearing renovation noises, loud music, conversation, etc

I am not for the first time at " The Vatican City Relais,"so i can definitely say that I would like to come back one day.The room was large, clean and quiet,with a nice balcony,facing the exterior. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel.You can reach the Vatican on foot ,walking around 20 minutes.There are plenty of restaurants,bars and shops around. All in all, everything was according to my expectations. 👏💗

The apartment is big, clean and with and equipped with air conditioning, small fridge and coffee machine (capsules included). The location is close to the Vatican city, but also bus stop is in front of the building is you don't like walking. There are also a shared kitchen with cutlery, microwave and seating area.

The employee (female, I guess receptionist we have never seen in person) we communicated over phone was impolite and yelling.

Room was spacious enough and well furnished, including the bathroom. Setting the indoor temperature was easy and air conditioning worked properly.

I didn’t like the mattress and the pillow. Mattress was too thin and the pillows too. A couple of extra pillows might be provided

This was our second stay in Vatican City Relais, we have returned because we were satisfied with first stay and the standard stayed the same. Walking distance to the Vatican City, but also bus is in front of the building.

Almost no personel in the accomodation.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff. Shuttle bus to/from airport, transport to all directions.

The only thing which bothered us was the noise from the neighbors due to the thin walls and that there wasn't microwave in the kitchen, it would be helpful (but it is my personal preference, for sure it is not mandatory).
