The breakfast was excellent! We expected something more basic than we received and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we had to leave very early on the second morning, so we missed out on a great breakfast.

Nothing, really. We were 2 couples sleeping in one bedroom, which was a bit tight, but we were not unhappy with it, because we knew we will have a cozy night. The price was good for 4 adults. Even though Love of Rome isn't in the city center near all the famous attractions, we were on the bus route and easily navigated and travelled where we wanted to go.

If you want to travel by BUS fantastic connectivity and have direct BUS to Vatican City Entrance Gate, Bus # 49 from walkable distance. Cleaning staff was very helpful and co-operative. Almost around 110 Euros per night for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast was awesome deal for me.

Metro station is far (15 mins walk with luggage good exercise :)). Handles of the room and bedroom were very loose and balcony outside door was broken. It was making a noise in the night with vehicles travelling outside. No person available post 6 pm and need to rely on phone call with PoC.

I was picked by RAMI from the Fiumicino airport since my plane arrived very late. He helped us on a late check-inn and it was really appreciated. The hotel staff was very friendly and collaborative Great location, easy access to Vatican City, several bus stops at short walking distance. Good price-service relation

Nothing to complain about

We were offered an apartment with a small kitchen which was great. The convenience of being in the city center with good access to public transport. The breakfast served was great with host Anastasia taking care of every little things. Guided with clear instruction on the places to visit. Overall great experience.

Good value for money in Rome Only 15 mins on the bus to get to the centre of Rome We arrived on a sunday and it was very easy to find free parking right next to the hotel! Staff were friendly and showed us where the bus stop into town was when we checked in. Very good air con (maybe a bit too cold sometimes haha!) but we appreciated it because it was 39 degrees outside, so it was nice to get back to a cool room! Shower pressure is good We had a little terrace outside our room

It was pretty basic but this is what we were expecting for the price. The shower had some mould in the corners and the hotel could do with a bit of a freshen up, but it’s nothing major! There were a few flies in the room.

Great location. Walking distance to Vatican and Rome attractions. If you dont like walking there is bus station nearby, or Metro station via aurelia. Good pizzeria and restaurants in the area. Host's were very ongoing and they gave us a map and show us a way to navigate the city easy. Hygeinc condition's are excellent. Every day new towels and soap. Very clean generally. Breakfast was ok, nothing special.

It would be nice if there was glasses and plates but nevermind.

This room was in the perfect spot, so close to everything we wanted to see. As soon as we checked in, the staff member pulled out a map and help us plan all the must see spots, and how to get there via bus! It was perfect after travelling so far to get there. The breakfasts were great and the bed very comfortable after a big day walking around.

The staff at the reception, especially the lady, were extremely helpful and friendly. The receptionist called us a taxi to the airport and made sure that the driver would ask us the right price. There was a very nice terrace in our apartment, a totally unexpected but joyful facility. The bed was really comfortable, and the same applies to the pillows. Under conditions we would visit it this hotel again.

The bathroom was old fashioned, and the room in general gave us the impression of being worn out. The breakfast only elementary, but not poor - maybe a few additions would make it much better. There was no place for luggage sefe-keeping after check-out, and the reception desk was not staffed at all times, which means that luggage were at times unattended. However, our staff was intact when we returned to pick them up.

Breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Little bit noise from outside but this is expected as the hotel is centrally located.

Nice place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly. They welcomed us, gave a city map and also suggested best places to visit and timings. Busstop is very near. Location is nice. Everything went well. Thank you.
