Big room, very comfortable and big bed, very kind staff, great and quick communication with the owner. Be prepared that there is actually no staff on site, the owner opened the door remotely for us, we had to call her. Another guy came in person later on to check our IDs.

The room was cleaned only twice during our 7-day stay. It is also quite far from the most popular attractions, except Vatican City. Metro is 10-minute walk apart, you have lots of buses just in front of the building but in Rome you cannot really count on buses in most cases.

It was clean, spacious and easy to find. We had a late checking (11:50 pm) and we didn’t have any problems getting in. The host stayed in touch with us and opened every door via phone. Room has: Hot water, air conditioning, clean towels, soap, good WiFi, shower gel, a safe box, clean sheets and tv. There is a very good coffee bar 20 meters away, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Bus stations nearby. Metro station 10 minutes away. From the host, the staff at the coffee bar and restaurants speaks English.

I would recommend smart tv in rooms. I could use some Netflix in the evening after a long day walking in Rome. And when I say Netflix I mean just the app so the guest can put in the account and watch something because all programs from tv are in Italian.

In general, we were fine with everything. The location is convenient for the Vatican, but not very convenient for the city center. There are many very good restaurants and pizzerias nearby. The hostess is friendly and available via whatsapp. Every morning there were delicious croissants and a coffee machine in the common area.

When we checked in (although it was 3 pm on a weekday!) no one was at the reception anymore. We received instructions via Whatsapp on how to find our number. The walls in the room are dirty and it is clear that it has not been renovated for a long time. Lots of dust, which made me allergic every time I was there. We were a couple booked for 3 nights and there was only 1 coffee capsule and 3 tea bags. Already from the second day, we had to have breakfast elsewhere.

The accomodation was ideal for a weekend stay in Rome. The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and had everything you need. Plenty of bus stops outside the apartment to go to the Vatican or the city center. The Vatican is a 30 minute walk away. Lovely restaurants near by and grocery stores close also. Silvia was very helpful with my late check in and was always available through Whatsapp if you need something. Would recommend 👍

The room was very neat,clean and warm. In the room we had everything we needed towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, fridge and a kettle. The tv had all the channels and wi-fi signal was really good. The property is very near to bus stations, cafe and local restaurants, very near there is a supermarket if you need something. Also there was room service every day or on demand. Silvia the owner was very pleasant and she answered all the questions we had during the stay. Overall we were pleasantly surprised.

Location was perfect to walk to the Vatican. The bus stop right outside and the Metro a short walk. The bed was very comfortable with memory foam pillows. The host was excellent and very friendly and spoke very good English to help with directions and information for Rome. There was a tiny balcony which allowed us to sleep with the door open for fresh air. The bathroom was well equipped (although very small). The Wi-Fi was excellent and a nice desk for working and bar fridge. Nice space for your luggage as well. There is a little lift to get to the apartment if you have big luggage, or else it's a short walk up with the stairs. There are lots of restaurants and a big supermarket nearby.

The bathroom needs a shelf in the shower for shampoo and body wash.

The bedroom was comfortable. The staff was nice.

The doorman didn't speak English, so it was difficult to communicate. Ka awwWhen I arrived there, I had to wait around 15 min for someone to open the door and for me to do the check in. That was in the middle of the afternoon. The front door was difficult to open. The AC was not working during my first day, but they solved it. It is far from the city center, but there's a bus stop very close by

Silvia was a very good host and the room was clean. We lost the AC during the first night because of a breaker, but it did not happen again. The location is a little far from the center but a simple bus + 20 minutes and you are there (bonus that you pass in front of San Pietro everytime).

The rooms are close together and you will hear people coming in at night, but we did not experience anything problematic other than hearing them come in at 1AM (only once).

Extremely helpful and cooperative staff who let us checked in after the given timings remotely. There is no nearby metro station however McDonalds and bus station are a good addition to the place.

Not really however Iron and powdered milk/ coffee could lit the place.

Clean, warm, and cozy place, convenient location (near a bus stop, approximately 20 min to the center), and close to the cafes and groceries. I liked and appreciated that the hosts responded quickly and efficiently to my requests.

Poor sound insulation, shower was on the floor and broken (but they fixed that on another day).
