Breakfast is very complete, rooms are big and comfortable. Bed is clean and comfortable. Towels are provided every day or as-needed. Location is excellent and near public transportation. Big and very complete bathroom, AC works great, room service is excellent, when provided, as well as cleaning.

Staff is inattentive, they are rarely at the reception desk, even at the times they are supposed to be. Breakfast was provided only twice of the seven times it was supposed to be provided. However, we were offered a discount in the city tax because of this. Host also rarely communicated with us and this made the whole experience rather confusing and hard to navigate.

Staying at Gregori Guest house was such an enjoyable experience. we had breakfast in bed everyday, they had a wide selection of bread and even pistachio croissants! we had the luck to be able to stay in the room that had the bath tub and it was so pleasurable to relax and have this amazing tub in the room. We also had a mini fridge and a table in the balcony to enjoy the sun! the staff is super friendly and helpful when it came to service. they even helped us carry some of our personal belongings to the room since we didn’t make it back one night. I highly recommend this place since it’s close to the Vatican and walking distance to all of the hottest spots in Rome. there is also a Coop a supermarket right next to the building! They even arranged a pick up car from the airport to the place. thanks for everything we will come back and stay here next time we’re in Rome !

the metro station is quite a walk! it’s not close to the place. it’s a 15 min walk approximately.

I booked the room with the breakfast option. It was big, with its balcony and bathroom. It had a small fridge, two cups, two glasses and air conditioning. There is one grocery shop next to the entrance of the building, and there are other shops and restaurants nearby. The property is very close to the city's centre - approx—15 min by foot to the Vatican and 40 min by foot to Colloseum. There is one bus stop close to the property. Breakfast consisted of something hot to drink - coffee, tea and something sweet - toast with jam / Nutella and stuffed croissant. Although it's not big, it was enough for my girlfriend and me. Also, we did not want to eat more than that during the hot weather. There is a self-check-in and self-check-out, so you don have to worry about late arrival. The staff was kind and approachable.

The guesthouse is in a convenient location within walking distance of the Vatican. The room was nice and clean, and the terrace was a big bonus. Even the lack of hot water did not spoil our experience in Rome
