The place is near bus stop and Metro. Your customer service person Alexia is very helpful and very attentive, she listen to people’s need. A very perfect customer service with always a smile. Barbara is not quite pleasing.

It’s the communication about direction. Since I booked this thru Booking.com, it’s always you have to go to their site before you could communicate with the AirBnB. It is very hard, we got lost 3x since we took public transport then after we found your place it really near everything. I wish the communication will be easy direct to the owner instead of going thru Booking.com which is very hard. On our other BnB, we used AirBnB app and it’s very easy to talk to the owner.

Although the accommodation is not the most modern or new, if you are after a spotless clean bed, rooms attended daily and very friendly and efficient service then Marco&Laura accomodation can be a great choice. The personnel who we interfaced with were very professional and helpful and accommodation met our basic needs of a group of friends on a Rome visit. With thanks.

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the Vatican. Our host was lovely and helpful with any questions. We loved that our room had its own fridge, kettle and good air conditioning. It was clean and cosy. The bus into the city centre left directly in front of our building. There is a huge huge supermarket within 7 Min by foot or a Minimarkt directly next to the building.

Spacious apartment. Comfy beds. Each bedroom has own bathroom. Drawers and cabinets in bedrooms. Bus stop is just before apartment- only few minutes to Piazza Venezia.

Apartment needs some renovation. Showers are super small. Cleanliness is not strong side. There are not enough equipment/utensils in kitchen.

Accommodation within walking distance of metro station Valle Aurelia (730 meters).

I was missing the electrical socket next to my bed - the lamp on the bedside table was only for decoration. It's only the electrical socket for TV over the bed and too high your mobile phone charger. The fridge door wouldn't open.

The staff was helpful from the day we booked, replied in time always, location was perfect and the appartment was exceptional

The only think I did not like is the way to reach the property from metro especially with luggages, other than that it is easy to travel to center by bus

Fantastic location for travelling into the city, there was a bus stop right outside. It was also only a 20 minute walk downhill to the Vatican City and restaurants.

It would have been better if we had a kettle in the room so we could make our own drinks as had to wait for breakfast for a tea or coffee. I didn't like the late check in fee especially as it was out of our control and no one was physically there to check us in, it was all done remotely.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The staff was super friendly and kept in touch with us before check-in to ask about our check-in requirements and fulfilled them. The reception was very welcoming and gave us travel suggestions. Help change towels every day.

The room facing the street is noisy with cars passing by.

Everything was perfect. The stuff was friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, we had a kettle and the location was amazing, because we were living right near St Peter's Basilica and in addition there were buses right near the hotel.

Everything was perfect. It was really worth it comparably to its price. Owner and generally reception were very nice and helpful when we needed it. Our whole family was glad for staying there!!! Location is good.
