The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and good amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It is very moder.

It's a bit expensive for the area. You have to take public transport to get anywhere. It is true that the bus stop is nearby, but for the price you expect to be in the centre.

The breakfast was delicious, there were many games that made even our time in hotel more exciting. The stuff was so kind and helpful and gave us directions to find the busses we needed for our destinations . Every day the stuff cleaned our room. the location is relatively good 15-20 minutes by Vatican city but in Rome the walking is very pleasant so even the destinations that are far from the hotel weren't a problem for us. Bit for those who prefer another way of transportation there are busses really close an metro and train . I would choose that over and over again

The room had an upper floor with two beds the stairs were a little bit dangerous. we also had a Double bed down which we used. Therefore, we didn't have any problem with the upper floor but an older couple might have struggle with that and I'm not sure if it is safe for young children. When we booked it wasn't clear if we had an upper floor so it was luck that we had an extra bed so it should be clearer which room you book

Good location, many bus stops nearby, Carefour located within 2min walk It was very clean in the apartment, cleaning available every day if you need it. Inc. clean towels etc. Shower gel and basic soap in the room.

Druing the last hour of breakfasts there is lack of some products (one time there was no bread). Scrambled eggs made out of powder, not eggs. All the electricity, works only when the apartment card is inserted, which is understandable. Unfortunately, this also includes fridge, which means it turns off every time you take the card out of it's slot. This doesn't make any sense, as long as it's approx. 30*C in the room, when the A/C is off during the day. Kitchen in 2 person apartment contains 2 forks, 2 cups etc. Could be more. No wine opener, which should be illigal in Italy!

It was a great quality/price ratio. A decent location, about 30 min. by public transport to the most popular attractions, the bus stops are pretty close. The room was spacious and clean, a lot of storage space. The staff was really pleasant and friendly. I liked the addition of breakfast, the coffee was great, most of the food sweet rather than savoury. We got lucky and had a room with spacious cozy balcony.

Pillows were a bit too flat and not that comfortable. It is a bit troublesome climbing up the stairs to reach the beds (although it does leave more space in the room)

The location is very good very close to the Vatican and other attractions, The bus stop was very close as well as many restaurants and convenient stores around. The staff was very helpful specially Frederica, Gemma and Mary,

The sheets were not changed during the time frame that we stayed there, and the shower stalls show residue in the corners which depicts the fact that the stalls were not cleaned up properly. We had to ask for towels one day as they were not changed by the cleaning staff. TV programs were all in Italian so if you don't understand the language you cannot watch the news or movies.

Was great to stay in this hotel, room was clean and good size, there is a kettle and a few bags of tea and coffee. Breakfast was served from 7.30 till 10.30 as a buffet and was very tasty. Staff very kind and friendly. And location is very good because it's 10 minutes walk to Vatican. I will book this hotel again when I go to Rome.

The staff is wonderful☺️. The breakfasts are just amazing, with everything you need and even more. The food is delicious. 🥰 The location is right next to the Vatican.

The stairs to the bed on the second floor are very uncomfortable. I almost fell a couple of times; it was inconvenient and sometimes even scary. This option might suit teenagers, but at 39, I want more comfort. The room was not vacuumed during cleaning, and the furniture is very old, with a lot of rust in many places, especially on the kitchen surface. In a room for two people, the tables are so large, as if for seven people. The tables are placed in middle of the room and take up almost all of the free space.

The location is excellent (extremely close to the Vatican and St. Peters square) and all of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a great system for getting the rooms cleaned while guests are away and their in-house restaurant is pretty good as well. The rooms in the hotel are clean and modern, same can be said about the bathrooms. Everyone at the reception and restaurant speaks great English which was great in my case. All in all extremely good and solid hotel, loved my stay!

Some minor and nit-picky things from me: - The mattresses and pillows could be slightly more comfortable (this could just be me being used to sleeping on memory foam all the time) but they were still okay. - The design of the twin room (which was the one I stayed in) could be a little better, the TV was placed in the corner of the room and the bed featured a metal frame with a post that could be seen right in the center of the TV when sitting in bed, so a little adjusting in siting position was required when watching TV :D

The location was good. It's very close to Vatican (walking distance). To get to other interesting places you can take one of many buses. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly, I recommend this place if you plan a trip to Rome.

The only downside was the breakfast. There was very little choice. The scrambled eggs were terrible - it's hard to understand why they would offer something so poor every day. For three out of the six days, there was no butter (they ran out). Fortunately, there were different types of croissants.

The location was great,the bus stop will took you 4mins walking distance from the hotel. They clean the room everyday. The staffs were so helpful and accomodating. To be honest, i feel like i just want to stay in my room,that's why i ended up leaving my room late. They also have 2 still water inside the Fridge, a Tv with a built-in Youtube (That's what i really liked,i wont get bored and Netflix( if u have an account). Actually i really love the design and the color of the room and how simple it is ,which i was looking for ,it has a modern/industrial finished look. IT feels like home for me. If i will come back again in Rome,for sure i will.definitely book this hotel without hesitation.

I'd really thought that it is a typical buffet breakfast ,where a lot of options to choose from. They will show you a menu only for the people who book with bfast inclusions. You can order to the staff whatever you want to eat or drink. But the choices are so limited. Anyway just ask them.if you still want to order again and it is for free..,as long as you will still stay before 10:30am
