The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and good amenities. The bathroom was spacious and clean. It is very moder.

It's a bit expensive for the area. You have to take public transport to get anywhere. It is true that the bus stop is nearby, but for the price you expect to be in the centre.

This property was perfect for our needs - and the price seemed almost too good to be true. Fantastic location with a stunning view of St. Peter’s. Having a full hot breakfast available each morning is a rare find in Italy - and really helped us get going in the morning. The facilities also included a laundry, as well as ping pong and foosball - which were big hits with my kid.

I wasn’t quite expecting bunk bed style bedding. Had to claim squeaking stairs to get into bed, and the bed lacked a box spring. On the plus side, the bunk bed style bedding created a more-spacious room.

The Location is perfect. Walking distance to Vatican City. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Easy access to the tourist attractions. The property is located behind a very secured gate. Breakfast was also good. Good selections of Continental and Hot Breakfast. I particularly like the selection of Croissants. Mary the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, helped to book transport to airport, the van came right outside of the property and on time.

If I may say, we weren't told that there were 2 entrances to the property. When arrived, we were dropped off at entrance at the top of the hill. Dragging 20+kg luggage via the steps to the reception was a challenge. The other entrance is much more easier , no need climbing stairs.

I carefully read the reviews and instructions from the accommodation, so I didn't get lost with two entrances. St. Peter's Basilica is easy to reach on foot, and the rest of the places can be reached by bus, as the metro is quite far away. The staff is very friendly and helpful with all questions. For example, you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out. The breakfast was not just good, it was truly wonderful. All the pastries were fantastically delicious, varied, and very fresh. Applause to the chefs! The maisonette room was quite spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony and all toiletries provided.

The worst thing in the room is the refrigerator: it is tiny, difficult to fit a large bottle of water in, and hardly cools at all. The mini-kitchen is really more for show, with very few kitchen appliances, but it is suitable for quickly reheating ready-made meals. The table on the balcony was gray with dirt, and I had to clean it to be able to sit there in the evening. Still, I am glad that we got a room with a balcony and a pleasant view.

It's a unique accommodation experience because it's actually accommodation for all the University students of Rome. Great location Quite. Breakfast was ok There is a train station close by. Do your research because Roma Termini Train Station( Roma Termini is Rome's biggest train station) has to zero staff there to help with your enquires. Italy it seems is not big on customer service

There is 2 entrances but my map app took me to the rear carpark entrance. It can be confusing for foreign travellers because the only writing at the rear entrance reads " Camplus". No mention of hotel or accommodation" and so on. Press the intercom and the gates will open and head towards the building for check in But before hand, like the airport, the European plug adaptor for your phone USB charger etc If you want to hire a bicycle, close by is a great company called " Bicievento". Ask tourist questions to the owner about where or what to see. His an asset for tourist info

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's garden and building were stunning. Overall, we had an enjoyable and pleasant stay.

I think the breakfast could be improved. We had an early morning Vatican visit and requested a lunchbox in advance, but unfortunately this note was overlooked, and we almost ran late. Also, the hotel is at least a 30-minute walk from most tourist attractions, and the walk includes passing through a street where many homeless people stay at night, which might feel uncomfortable to some.

The breakfast was delicious, there were many games that made even our time in hotel more exciting. The stuff was so kind and helpful and gave us directions to find the busses we needed for our destinations . Every day the stuff cleaned our room. the location is relatively good 15-20 minutes by Vatican city but in Rome the walking is very pleasant so even the destinations that are far from the hotel weren't a problem for us. Bit for those who prefer another way of transportation there are busses really close an metro and train . I would choose that over and over again

The room had an upper floor with two beds the stairs were a little bit dangerous. we also had a Double bed down which we used. Therefore, we didn't have any problem with the upper floor but an older couple might have struggle with that and I'm not sure if it is safe for young children. When we booked it wasn't clear if we had an upper floor so it was luck that we had an extra bed so it should be clearer which room you book

The property is very central and the bedroom and shower was very spacious and clean. Normally a student accommodation but during our stay no students were in the building, only tourists. Very friendly staff, and the staff even gave us a breakfast box when we needed to checkout earlier than the breakfast was starting. Well served with many busses to city centre.

The type of mattress was not our taste but the size of the bed and room itself was really great.

Good location, many bus stops nearby, Carefour located within 2min walk It was very clean in the apartment, cleaning available every day if you need it. Inc. clean towels etc. Shower gel and basic soap in the room.

Druing the last hour of breakfasts there is lack of some products (one time there was no bread). Scrambled eggs made out of powder, not eggs. All the electricity, works only when the apartment card is inserted, which is understandable. Unfortunately, this also includes fridge, which means it turns off every time you take the card out of it's slot. This doesn't make any sense, as long as it's approx. 30*C in the room, when the A/C is off during the day. Kitchen in 2 person apartment contains 2 forks, 2 cups etc. Could be more. No wine opener, which should be illigal in Italy!

It was a great quality/price ratio. A decent location, about 30 min. by public transport to the most popular attractions, the bus stops are pretty close. The room was spacious and clean, a lot of storage space. The staff was really pleasant and friendly. I liked the addition of breakfast, the coffee was great, most of the food sweet rather than savoury. We got lucky and had a room with spacious cozy balcony.

Pillows were a bit too flat and not that comfortable. It is a bit troublesome climbing up the stairs to reach the beds (although it does leave more space in the room)
