It was amazing where we arrived and was warmly welcomed by the staff ! Excellent hospitality! We arrived earlier than the check in time and our room was already READY. so we can keep our bags and get going :) !Francesco, is super friendly and helpful! we were offered and prepared a map! to help us throughout our trip.. he is patiently explaining us and give recommendations about where to goo where to eat..its amazing as that has help us a lot for the entire trip eventhough it was short but memorable and since it was short vacay knowledge from francesco helps us a lot. Our flight was at night after checks out and without even asking Francesco offered to keep our bags! which helps us a lot not to bring the bags around the next day! business card offered where u can ask francesco as the local any questions you want! i am sure he will help you and guide you! we have no complaints about the room and facilities offered ..it is so so clean 10/10! and you got an amazing lobby where u can chill or maybe socialize ;) you got everything you need! . very strategic location..very much close to the train station 24hr supermarket and the Vatican City! it is also peaceful Everything that you need is here..Very very convenient! Everything is amazing for us!we got ALL what we needed to feel like Home!

FRANCESCO THE OWNER IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND HELPFUL. Rooms is very clean and spacious Has a view of the vatican Has a water heater A coffee nespresso machine The hotel is 5 mins walk from ST.PETER SQUARE 2 mins walk from San Pietro Train Station. 3mins walk from restaurants 4 mins walk from 24hrs store Overall the location of the hotel is one of the best in the city!. I really recommend LEONARDO DA VINCI GUEST HOUSE.

Francesco was a fantastic host. He provided us with helpful information, guiding us in the right direction getting us where we wanted to go easily, and is an extremely nice person. I recommend this guest house to all who are searching for a quiet place to rest while visiting Rome.

The only complaint would be the location and size. The room we had was a bit tight for 3, however there were larger rooms for a longer stay. We were only at this location for 3 days, so it was ok. A longer stay would have been rough. It isn't very far from The Vatican at all, but quite a walk from the Trevi Fountain and the other sites. It's location shouldn't deter anyone from staying, it is still a clean and comfortable place to rest.

First to say that the host was great. Super pationate about the city and took 30 minutes of his time to tell us where to go and where not to. He drew on the map and knew exactly what was good to see and do! Really kind, friendly and helpful. About the room; we really liked the spacious room. The bed was great, pillows not to soft and a very large bathroom! It was super, super clean and hygienic. All the facilities you need it's there! It's right next to the Vatican in a quite nice neighborhood! A bus is next to the guesthouse and it brings you in to the city centre. Big plus!

We struggled a little bit with all the little lights in the room. Every light switch had a blue lamp and the big light took a long time to go fully black after turning it off. Also if you're a light sleeper like me you will wake up for the train that's coming by right next to the guesthouse. It's not to bad but you will hear it. But if you're a good sleeper no problem for you!

Upon arrival (after multiple train cancellations and not much sleep - meaning we were not in the highest of spirits) Francesco was brilliant and really made our trip. He gave us multiple great local food recommendations (the pizza at Goose was incredible) and some ideas for things to do during our final afternoon/evening in Rome as we were only staying one night before an early flight home. The room itself was spotless, was just the right size and had everything we needed, and also very fancy electronic shutters. The location for a walk to the Vatican could not have been any better.

We just wish we would have stayed more than the one night.

Very close to the Vatican, nice and budget friendly restaurants around, accessible public transports, peaceful, clean, comfy and most importantly, the host was absolutely helpful and accommodating. Big shoutout to Francesco!

We were warmly welcomed by Francesco, we arrived a few hours before 2pm, however he kindly offered us an immediate check in. We were provided with restaurant recommendations which were both perfect before and after our visit to the Vatican. The property was very conveniently located and walkable distance to a few attractions. The room was modern, with great air conditioning and fridge which was perfect for the record hot temperatures. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this fantastic and cost effective guest house.

Francesco was over the top helpful. He helped make our visit to Rome momentous. The location was great. Easy walking distance to the Vatican and all the major sites. Excellent food around the corner. When in Rome again we will stay there. Al & Cheryl
