- The location is great, right by the Vatican city and St. Peter's Basilica. There are restaurants and cafes around. - The top roof view is stunning! - Staff very polite and friendly - Easy checkout

- There is no elevator due to some local restrictions (which is understandable), however, it is not easy to carry luggage to the last floor or even just go back to your room after a tiring day. - Internet quality (wi-fi) was very poor, I was using my mobile data.

Our room was incredibly spacious with windows on three sides, effectively blocking out traffic noise. Everything was impeccably clean and had a fresh scent. The sheets and pillows were made from high-quality fabric. We appreciated the daily refill of Lavazza coffee pods and found the in-room fridge to be useful. The rooftop terrace with its view of St. Peter's dome was truly magical, especially for enjoying morning coffee in the sun. The staff were exceptionally friendly and embraced a genuine hospitality ethos. Check-in was swift and easy, and they promptly responded to any questions we had via Booking or WhatsApp. The location couldn't have been better – we started and ended each day with a stroll through St. Peter's Square, often enjoying an evening Aperol by the riverbank in front of Castel Sant'Angelo. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Valerio gave me a very warm welcome to Hotel VM and did an excellent job of taking care of my needs during my brief stay. I deeply appreciate the customer service that Valerio and his staff provided throughout my stay. Right at check in, I was personally met by the property's management and given a warm welcome to my room, along with recommendations for places to eat and tips on how to visit the most popular sites in Rome and Vatican City. The room I had was well stocked with coffee, had a clean and comfortable bed, and had a nice view of the surrounding neighborhood. Valerio and his staff went above and beyond and made me feel as if I were a VIP guest throughout my stay. I highly, highly recommend this property, not only because of the location and the amenities it provides, but ultimately because of the staff that manage it and high levels of care that they put into looking after their guests. I truly have a hard time thinking of something I did not like about my stay because I was genuinely impressed by how attentive and professional Valerio was throughout the duration of my stay. Maybe, I could say that the property is a little difficult to find if you do not know where it is and you are checking in for the first time, but this can easily be solved by contacting Hotel VM directly and asking for assistance in finding the place. This property takes the comfort and security of guests very seriously and has a wonderful location, which is why I truly have nothing bad to say about it.

Location is great, facilities are very good. You are next to The Vatican and close to the main attraction of Rome.

The breakfast offered, is not really a breakfast, it’s just coffee and cookies, which aren’t bad at all, but definitely aren’t a breakfast.

Great location for the Vatican, very close. Renovated and clean. Parking spot that is next to the hotel is worth paying a little extra for (arranged through the hotel) as it is close and secure. Great staff. Will stay again.

No 24/7 front desk. Need to arrange time to check in, but staff is flexible and very available to answer questions and help out with anything.

Close to the Vatican. Spacious apartment with a balcony with a view of the Vatican Bridge. Good price too.

we liked spacious apartment for family of 4. we had enough beds to sleep. Also we appreciate the care and hospitality of the owner during the whole stay; also, we came to apartment late in the evening in we were able to check-in by distance.

As we were visiting Rome for the first time, we randomly chose the location. It is good but not the city center, but only a few minutes to Vatican St. Peters Basilica.
