Location is brilliant. Literally 3 min to the Vatican walking. Plus very quiet street no noise at night

Not sure why, it was absolutely horrible stinky smell in the hall. I thought it will be gone next day, but unfortunately throughout all duration it was there and was making you feel sick.

Very good location for the value, only few minutes walking distance from the Vatican city. Services like supermarket, bus stop, restaurants in close distance from the accomodation. Clean facility. Room unit is based in historical building. Helpful and friendly staff, daily cleaning service of the room.

The breakfast could have more variations, I missed healthier alternatives like granola, oat flakes, corn flakes, fruit. Some of the tables in the dinning area are too close to each other, but I understand the limitation of the space.

The hotel is located within walking distance of many tourist attractions in the city. As you can see on the map, it is almost 5 minutes from the Vatican. There are many restaurants around where you can experience Italian cuisine. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. It was a comfortable stay as a family. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful.

It is a little difficult to find the hotel at first because it is located in flats inside an apartment building, but when you enter, you feel like you are in a useful and modernly designed hotel.

The property was in a great location with a convenience store right around the corner and many little stores nearby. The owner was amazing! I have never written a review before at any of my stays, but he really deserves it. He explained everything well as soon as we arrived and was so kind. He made sure my friends and I ate breakfast every morning, along with everyone else who stayed at his properties. Also, helped us arrange our shuttle as soon as we landed. Thank you for such an amazing experience in Rome!

I like the location so near at St. Peter's Basilica,bus stop and some good restaurant. Super worth it to stay because they will guide and help you along the way on all of your inquiries. No stress at all. I love the most the croissant that served every morning. 😋 We're definitely book again here and I will recommend it to my friends and relatives that would love to travel to Roma, Italy.

We liked pretty much everything!! The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable and clean, the location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful! 😊

Some notices that we wanted to share is that we had ordered a room with 3 single beds instead of 1 single and 1 double and also the check in time was not convinient so we didn't have any other option than to take the private shuttle where we were charged more instead of what was stated as the rate at bookings.com.

Room was clean with a nice balcony. You can hear people from other rooms speaking something very early in the morning.

They offered us a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for €55 in cash. If we didn't check in before 3:00 PM, there was a possibility that we couldn’t get the room. Taxis from the airport are €31, and you can pay with a card.

The location was great. Very close to the saint Peter basilica and the vatican. Several restaurants down the street and a store. We were given maps of then city and how to get to the train station, that was very helpful. Very nice people. super easy getting in touch with them via email and phone We had a great stay. we will definitely come back soon. Im in love with Roma.

I think the breakfast coulve been better. But the price of the stay balances the breakfast. I got a rotten egg for breakfast I didn't mind at all. The lady was very worried about it but it didnt matter to me I actually felt bad for her on how worried she got. Delicious pastries and coffee.

Quietness of where the property is and very accessible to most things. It was clean and very helpful staff specially Ayro the guy who prepares breakfast

Every thing was ok, but the single bed for my daughter which is located near the window seems to have some insects or bed bugs. My daughter has some marks on her skin looks like insects bites. They were all located on left side of her body. She wakes up every morning with a new insect bite on her left side. We were serve same breakfast everyday. I just wanted a piece of toast for breakfast the 3rd day of our stay and I was told no toast.😕 too much carbohydrates in the morning. Aside from these, our stay was over all good
