Perfect location Super close to vatican All very clean

Breakfast is not high quality, ham is very poor quality Despite breakfast included in price they do charge eur 7 extra for teo fried eggs and the same for orange juice The worst was that they wanted to add eur 100 as extra tip to bill for the team; thankfully i saw as such fee is like an extra charge especially as we paid doormen etc

The hotel and its location are both excellent. However, I experienced some inconvenience during my stay. Due to a leak, I was asked to move to another room in the middle of the day, which I understood, but the process took up a significant part of my day with packing and unpacking. Unfortunately, no upgrade or compensation was offered for the disruption, and I ended up on a different floor from my family, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised to see a tip of nearly 200 euros added to my bill at checkout. Given the already high room rate and city tax, I believe tipping should remain optional and at the guest’s discretion—not added in a way that feels pressured.

Location near the Vatican. Quiet neighborhood. Very nice staff with one exception.

The older fellow on the desk around 1:30-2:00 pm October 1. We originally arrived at the desk at 9:30 am and checked our luggage. Young man at the desk was very nice. Checked our passports and credit card. Told us our room was second on the list to be cleaned. Check back in about two hours. When we came back the older man was telling a guest that no rooms were ready. When I stepped up and gave my name the man seemed aggravated and said no rooms were available and that we would be called. Did not even check the computer. My roommate stepped up and pressed him on the issue. He said our room was available after looking at the computer. Was quite unnecessary to go through all that.

The hotel itself was very decorated and had quality materials throughout. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were great. We also liked being so close to the St. Peter's Square.

We were given a room on the first floor, facing trash bins, with cars, scooters and tour buses just outside of our balcony, so we did not really have privacy to open the windows or to enjoy the balcony. We had requested a room on an upper floor (the hotel has 7 floors) but they kept saying the hotel is very busy due to the Pope's death and upcoming Conclave but they could have tried to put us at least one floor higher and they made no attempt to even look for a different room.

Fabulous location close to Vatican city, St Peter's and also close to railway station. The staff were welcoming and I was lucky to have an upgraded room with a lovely welcome letter, water and a little gift box of sweets. Very comfortable bed.

The restaurant closed a bit early for Rome (or rather wouldn't accept me with 30 mins before closing ) but just down the road was a lovely restaurant so that made up for it. The bath was slippery so for showers do be careful. It was not close to airport although train station is close if you choose train. Drive was about 40-45 minutes.

The property was lovely and clean and rooms spacious. The staff were very friendly and most helpful as required. The only issue we felt was the restaurant food (particularly breakfast) had very limited options, particularly for the hot food of which needs improvement. Even the food we had for dinner was quite “bland” in taste if compared to the many local restaurants in the area. All else was fine.

The bar/lounge was nice, bartender friendly and quality drinks. Rooms were nice and a good size especially for Italy/Europe. Front desk staff is super -- friendly, willing to help and responsive. Location is perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican down a nice, safe street with other restaurants along the route. Looks like there are a good mix of tourists and folks on business travel. When we return to Rome, we'll stay here again.

We had breakfast in the restaurant one morning only. It's a little pricey, and the food was okay -- but we ended up looking for a more local place to enjoy a simpler breakfast of bread and cafe. Wish our view was a little better than looking at the apartment building across the street.

The hotel is perfectly located for those who want to concentrate on seeing both the Vatican and Rome. The rooms are quite spacious and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning of the room is just perfect - the maids do their job at 5+! Soundproofing is good with the closed windows.

The breakfast is poor (only one type of cheese, croissants are "so, so", few vegetables, no porridge), and the coffee is sour and cold (especially for Italy!). Therefore, I recommend ordering a room without breakfast, and have a breakfast at the Cresci restaurant, which is just in two minutes of walk.

The location was right next to the Vatican. Walking distance to many major points of interest. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The dinners that were included in my tour were not so great, especially when the food in Rome was fantastic everywhere else

As I checked out, the front desk staff asked me to TIP them which is something that I’ve NEVER experienced at any other hotel in the world.
