We loved the location. There's a bus stop right outside where those buses go to all the main locations. Giuseppe, our host, was great. He was patient and very helpful. He gave us details of shopping districts, must see places, bus stops, local restaurants, bank, grocery store and even where to purchase bus tickets. We had to go to the basilica St Peters a few times, which is right next door, so it made the trip back and forth very easy. Location is the best. Convenient, too.

The only thing we didn't like, which had nothing to do with the place, was the drilling noise early in the morning. We were told it was under us.

The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean, roomy, comfortable, and location was perfect! Literally across the street from the Vatican wall. Giuseppe was the perfect host. He was in contact before our arrival and met us upon our arrival. Kindly left breakfast, daytime and evening drinks and snacks which was a perfect way to start and end the day. Great customer service throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property.

We were a team of 4 from Ireland attending some meetings at the Vatican . The location was excellent . We had the suite to ourselves - lovely treats in the kitchenette . Guseppi went above and Beyond to look after us , we had a gluten intolerant traveller & our host brought us directly to a suitable restaurant . He was available by phone all of the time & arranged our transfers for us .

Everything was fantastic

Everything was just perfect. Giuseppe the host was lovely and very kind throughout the stay. The room was adorable and lovely place to rest and the communal kitchen was much appreciated with snacks and drinks. Location fab right next door to the Vatican and buses into town located right outside but the city itself is walkable. If the room is available grab it! You won’t regret it.

The place is just accross the St. Peter Square. It’s just few minutes walk using the underpass. Giuseppe is very kind and helpful host. It feels like home, it has food in the fridge fresh fruits and vegetables, has microwave, heater,coffee maker and utensils that I can use. The amazing part? The foot massager! It was so good to massage my feet after a day full of walking. When you get out on the same building it has restaurants and souvenir shops too. This is an apartment so I don’t expect a wide lounge or dining area, but it has everything that I need and more!

Beautiful room, with great location. Giuseppe made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Apartment had added extras with slippers, robes, foot massager, coffee, tea, fruit, drinks, cakes all available. Such a generous host. If I return to Rome this is the only place I would choose to stay. Thank you Giuseppe for being a kind & generous host.

Extremely quaint and charming and across the street from the Vatican. Close to most of what I wanted to see and Giuseppe and Lima made me feel so much at home. They were welcoming and so warm and friendly, which really helped as I was traveling solo. I would definitely rebook with Lunaria Suites.

Excellent location near St Peter’s; comfortable clean room, very friendly & helpful host. Nice to have access to sitting area to eat our breakfast.

Room looked out onto road so necessary to have blinds shut all day plus completely shut at night to cut down any traffic noise. Fridge stocked with wine and beer- great if you drink ; though we’d have preferred some simple bread and water!.

The Lunaria Suites are ideally located for the Vatican City and St. Peter's Basilica. The room was a good size and had plenty of storage. We did not have any breakfast but we did have access to a small kitchen area.

I think that the seal around the shower tray needs some attention. We would also recommend that a shower mat is needed in the shower as the tray is slippy.

Fantastic location in apartment block literally across the street from St Peter's Basilica- 10 minutes walk to Castel Sant' Angelo. Super handy for bus 64 into Rome central area, lots of restaurants around. Very quiet, super clean, comfortable room with air conditioning. We didn't meet the B and B host, but he was most accommodating and happy to organise taxis/ transfers to and from the airport. Really excellent customer service.
