The property is walking distance to The Vatican - great location! There are some bus stations nearby which is convenient for going around the city. The room is really spacious and has everything you need, even an air conditioner which most airbnb in europe don't have. There's a cleaning lady everyday. The host even provided so much food for us for free: milk, juice, cheese, yoghurt, ham, bread, coffee - and he also bought croissant for our breakfast :) The host is also really friendly and he speaks good English. Overall I really recommend this place!

A great location to reach multiple attractions throughout Rome. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, shopping, San Pietro train station and local neighborhoods. Host provided croissants each morning from a local bakery and other self-serve foods for anytime use. Pleasant host!

The room lacked privacy as you could hear every sound outside the room. The bed was passable but not the most comfortable! Room and kitchen (entire complex) could use rugs to mitigate echos and noise. Darker (black out) drapes would help as well.

The location could not be better!!! 5 minute easy walk to St Peters. On arriving in Roma we caught bus from main train station and walked maybe 3 minutes to accommodation. 2 minute walk to another bus stop to bus into all sites of central Roma. Accommodation is simple, but clean, good breakfast provided to make ourselves, good coffee provided and use of kitchen all day. Bed is very comfortable and amazingly quiet rooms. Best sleeps so far in Italy. Host friendly.

The host is very kind and helpful, always abailable. Room was comfy, and the location excellent. I chose to walk around the city, and it was always easy to find my way back. Train station was also close, so it was easy to reach from the airport. Overall, I can recomend the place. Walls are somewhat thin, which is worth keeping in mind, but it didn’t bother me.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Wi-Fi connection stable and good, The location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated walking distance to Vatican city, making it easy to explore the area. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood, even at night.

We really enjoyed our stay in Marco’s apartment. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Water pressure in the shower was good. The kitchen was clean and well-organised, with each guest having their own space in the fridge. Marco kindly showed us the shared food items, coffee machine, plates etc. He also offered us fresh croissants in the morning. A housekeeper came daily to tidy the rooms and wash dishes. The apartment building felt secure, with a concierge present downstairs during the day. The location is great, only a couple of blocks away from the Vatican. The neighbourhood is pretty quiet and there is a supermarket a few blocks away. A bus took us from the train station to a couple of blocks from the accommodation. It’s also possible to catch buses into town from here. Grazie!

The host is super friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to entertain our requests (luggage storage, choice of croissant for brekkie). Breakfast is delicious and diverse—croissant, yoghurt, Parma ham, eggs, coffee, u name it. The room has a high ceiling and is very comfortable, quiet and clean. (It actually looks better than the photos!) The location is just a few mins walk from the Vatican and the area feels safe. Thanks for the lovely stay Marco :)

Need to flush a few times for the toilet but it’s acceptable cos it happens to many other toilets in Rome

Brilliant location only a short walk to St Peter’s Square and other sights . Marco the owner was so helpful and even let us check in early . Breakfast was so yummy with the best croissants we have ever had !

The location was 330 steps from St Peters Square I couldn't believe how close we were ...the door and lift to our accommodation was historic and I felt I was truly living in history.marko what can I say lovely host stayed in the background but was available to help at any time ....I loved the breakfast it was eally your own choice what you had ...
