We experienced significant issues with the check-in system, which was not functioning properly. As a result, we had to complete the check-in process via phone at the last minute, as there was no response to our inquiries. Upon finally gaining access to the apartment, we were unpleasantly surprised to find it had not been cleaned and was in a dirty state. However, we appreciate that one of the hosts promptly moved us to an upgraded room, which improved our experience. Despite this, we strongly urge you to address and fix the check-in system to prevent similar issues in the future.

The location was great, only a short walk to Vatican City. The apartment was very clean and had all the equipment you would need for a short stay. The check-in was also very easy and fast. Very satisfied in total.

The only problem with the apartment was the sofa bed which was not comfortable at all. The actual bed, however, was OK.

The location and the quietness of the area were wonderful. It’s a 5 minute walk to saint Peters square. Most attractions such as the Colliseum are within 20 minute bike ride.

Our apartment D1 was on the first floor and it does not have an elevator. The stairs are rather narrow making it difficult to bring up luggage. About the amenities, it does not include a hair dryer, could have left more courtesy drinking water, and the mattress was rather uncomfortable and could improve the pillows. Asked for an extra hour late check out just to pick up our luggage but were denied.

The location is amazing. You can see Vatican from the street and it is a 5 minute walk. The area is peaceful and safe, you can find very good restaurants, pizzeria, and cafes nearby. We hardly used public transport because it is in a walking distance to most attractions and one needs to walk the streets of Rome :) The room has all you need, and you wake up to the chirping of birds. Additionally, Sonder has a very good app and 24/7 live support for every need. I also used their Milan branch and it was 10/10!

The furniture looks a bit dated. There is no slippers. Some of the electric sockets were not working properly. We had minor issues with the boiler and tap water but nothing important.

Perfect and beautiful location right by the Vatican. Very flexible and helpful staff. Apartment is simple, but essentials are in place.

Sometimes there was some bad smell in the bathroom (as it was coming from pipes or so). Walls are indeed thin and echo in the corridor is loud, although no distractions were heard during the night.

Great location, great communication pre/post stay, as photos, comfortable, lovey birdsong every day, clean communal areas, extra supplies on each floor such as toilet roll etc, appreciated having a cuppa on arrival. Easy to use codes to get in. Very easy to walk to most locations on both sides of the river. Being so near the Vatican was amazing. Intravel all over the world on my own and I always feel very safe in Rome, in particular this area felt very safe and was out and about on my own walking without any concern, obviously taking normal precautions you would do in any city of course

There was a slow. drain in the kitchen sink and the bidet plug would not open (needed to soak a sore foot and plug had no means to pop back open

Great location - Being so near the Vatican was amazing! Very easy to walk to most locations on both sides of the river. The pre-check in information was missing and can be a bit difficult to understand. However, Sonder support was quick to respond and walk us through the process. Room : Although our room looks nothing like the pictures but overall it is still a clean and neat place. It's a pretty spacious place too.

It's not so much of dislike but would be better if there are CCTV installed. We had someone trying to open our door at 1am on our 1st night. It might be a case of mistake but it can also be not.

The apartment was complemented with the basics to make our stay comfortable. The main bedroom had a good bed. I liked the supply cupboard in the communal hallway. The location of the property was great; close to the Vatican & St Peter’s Basilica and restaurants. The Sonder team were great and very responsive.

If you are a light sleeper, you can hear other patrons in the building.

The location was incredible. So close to Vatican City and many wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint is the bed was a little uncomfortable. Not terrible but not awesome.
