It was spacious enough with plenty of towels, there were extra sheets albeit a bit hidden. There was air conditioning in every room. Valentina had left us cake, juice, and wine in the fridge. The light control in the bedrooms was awesome and they were quiet as they faced the inner courtyard instead of the street.

The pillows were uncomfortable because they completely collapsed when you put some weight on them. The sink faucets were the most confusing in existence... you either get freezing cold, or scalding hot water. The provided shower gel and shampoo were in useless sachets that tore way too hard and even from the tiny hole everything spilled out. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were pointed directly at the beds and it was a bit uncomfortable. The kitchen didn't have soap and the stovetops worked with gas.

This is a simple, humble guest house a few minutes walk from San Pietro Station and Vatican City. The entrance is not obviously signposted so trust the address and look for a tiny sign where you expect to see apartment numbers. Buzz in and catch the quaint, tiny lift to the 4th floor where host Valentina greets you. If you expect large rooms and luxury book somewhere else. But if you want a simple, immaculately clean room in a modest 3 room only guest house in a great location, this is it. With a bus stop right outside and a short walk to the river, exploring the city is easy. We had room 2 with a quiet rear balcony. Room 1 faces the street and I assume room 3 is the larger apartment. Room 2 was compact but had a well appointed ensuite, wardrobe, desk mini fridge and bedside tables. The bed is large and comfy but not much floor space around it, and there is air-conditioning plus the balcony with table and 2 chairs.

There are a few hazards in this compact room and you had to move carefully because of all the furniture not to hit your head on the edge of the TV, or catch a leg on the bedframe corner (which I did... twice!)

We had a wonderful stay at this guest house in Rome. The host (Valantina) was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived, giving us plenty of tips on what to see, the best times to visit popular attractions, and how to get around the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was in excellent working order. There's also a lift, which made it much easier to bring our luggage up to the room. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk from the Vatican, with easy access to buses, taxis, and several great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

I have never given a 10/10 rating before, but for this apartment, I honestly can't think of anything that could be improved. It was simply perfect. The apartment was cleaned every single day, we received fresh bed linen daily, and there were always little treats waiting for us: cookies, muffins, and other goodies. The fridge was stocked with drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which made a huge difference in the summer heat. What made the experience even better was how kind and accommodating the owner was. She allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer after check-out so that we could attend Mass at St. Peter's without any stress. This was incredibly helpful and showed genuine hospitality. The location was also excellent: just a 10-minute walk to St. Peter's Square, with a taxi stand at the end of the street and great bus connections. I truly have nothing to criticize and can only give my highest praise. I would return without hesitation.

Spacious, cozy beatiful apartment, the Vatican is just a short walk. Just front of the building there is a bus stop for 62 and 64 buses, take you to the center of the city, including the Termini station. There are several small shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is well equipped, nothing was missing. There is an elevator, so it is easy to reach the 4th floor after a long walk in the city. We would like to thank especially for the early check-in and late check out options, wich made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend the apartment to everyone!

Nothing.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. Spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Clean and cozy. Very good communication with the host of the apartment. We asked if there was a chance to leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time, and we got this opportunity. When we come to Rome again, we would gladly rent this place.

The kettle for heating water has a badly burnt bottom and does not turn off by itself. We wanted to use the oven, but we were unable to turn it on. It was a bit chilly, the air conditioners were unable to warm the rooms. The noise from the street could be heard in the living room at night.

Location is perfect! Close to Vatican, literally only 5 mins walk. Laundry, carrefour, restaurant is close to the place. Bus stop is just 1 min from the guest house is really plus point. There's only 1 bus and direct to Termini station. Also bring you go to major places. Pantry with microwave is plus point. Also they give us a box of chocolate for Christmas present. So sweet of the team! Unlimited cookies & cakes, coffee, hot chocolate in the pantry area also provided. Room is abit cramp for 4 people but it doesn't matter for us. Valentina so nice and easy to contact. Thank you!

Really great location! Very close to Roma S. Pietro train station as well as the Vatican itself. Really good to have a lift/elevator - it was antique & gorgeous! From the veranda of our room, we could see the Apostolic Palace, it was a wonderful site. Breakfast in the mornings were yum too! A nice & clean guest house. The house keepers were proactive and approachable! Grazie mille!

There was a kitchen but not many cooking utensils/tools. I wish there were a few more things like pots & sieves so I could buy & prepare my own pastas!

Bottled water in the fridge was a thoughtful gesture! Packaged croissants, toasted bread for breakfast, coffee and hot water for tea as there's no restaurant open early for breakfast that we could find. Walking distance to St. Peter's Basilica. Valentina was very helpful with transportation questions (bus to other attractions) and lent us an adaptor to use for charging our electronics. Thank you, Valentina!

The street/sidewalk area leading to the basilica was dirty and smelly. Garbage scattered on the street. The toilet flush malfunctioned on the day we were checking out :-( There was no way to turn off the valve to avoid wasting water.

The accommodation was so close to the Vatican, also to some lovely bars, cafes and restaurants. The bus stop to travel in to the centre was just outside the building. The room was clean and comfortable, the facilities perfect for us. There is a Chinese restaurant a few doors down, which is great. The Vatican is a 3 minute walk through the underpass. Rome is stunning, we loved the accommodation and plan to return. The lady who runs the guest house is lovely, and answered all questions promptly. We were also allowed to leave our cases for a few extra hours on the last day which really made a difference. The next guests were arriving later which meant this was possible. So I'm not sure if this is always the case.

I loved the room and the facilities and it's location, any minor thing would only be that the rooms could just be updated a little, decor and furniture. Felt like I was at home, as my other halves favourite fixer is cable ties :) The bed is quite hard, but actually I prefer this, but may not suit everyone. This by no means made a difference to our wonderful stay. Please also beware on busy transport and crowded areas, pick pocketing is rife. They are sly, and cause a distraction, and dip into bags and pockets, take a money belt for more security.
