We were very satisfied with the apartment/room.It was very easy to get to the building and room thanks to the precise instructions from the host☺️Right upon entering the hall we were welcomed with a very nice smell and clean space. Same goes for the room,which was exactly like the photos,also seemed very throughly cleaned and smelled very good.Although the room is small and minimal,there is everything,even more what you would need(shower caps,hangers,coffee/tea machine,kettle,cups,vault,amazing shower soap…) it’s just small things but it is exactly these things-that really make the experience stand out 🙌🏻 Bed was cosy,warm,soft with very big blanket and duvet. One hiccup was-(and i only write this if family with kids are planning to stay here) because the room is right next to the hall-where other rooms are,it can be quite loud outside you room in the night or morning,if your neighbours are noisy or fighting/shouting -which happened to us😬) But overall the the apartment is exactly and maybe even more what you pay for!😌 The location is perfect for visiting Vatican- a 10-15 min walk to the St. Peter Basilica,1 min to a supermarket and bus stops and a very good area for dining out! Thank you❤️definitely will be coming again.

Location is walking distance in St Peter's square, near to restaurants and bus stops. Even we just stayed for 1 night we felt very welcomed. We just wanted to say thank you to Christian who was very kind and helpful to respond on my messages/inquiry about everything!! It is our first time to visit Rome and he made it so much easy for us! Thank you also to Mr. Andrea who personally assisted us upon check in! There is nothing more I can say! Highly recommended👌

Nothing. Maybe just to have another type of bidet head for the washroom.. better to have a Bidet (spray handle type) so it's more easier to use. But overall its great!!

The location is fabulous, and Christian, our host is very kind and quick to answer to all our questions/requests. Checkin/checkout super quick and easy, all managed via messages. We had cleaning every day (including Sunday!), non stop coffee and water at arrival. There is a supermarket practically next door, as well as a bakery, coffee bar and San Pietro train station very close. 5 min walk to some nice restaurants/trattoria and Basilica San Pietro. This is a really nice and trouble free area and we had a wonderful stay at Holiday at San Pietro. Thank you Christian!

The air conditioning and the location were perfect for me. The value for the price was excellent.

The only thing that bothered me was noise levels. There was a lot of noise outside the property at night, it sounded like people partying on the street, and then the next morning I could hear some of the other guests being very loud outside my room because they were packing up to leave, luggage and feet clacking on the hallway floors, it woke me up.

The instructions to find and enter the property before we travelled were excellent. The room was spacious, clean and tidy. It was a great, affordable place to be based at and explore the city. It had some lovely restaurants/cafes/bars/shops just down the road. It is conveniently located for Vatican City but has good transport links - bus/train/metro all within a short walking distance. We would stay again

Everything was as expected.

The location was perfect, walking distance to Vatican city and Centro Storico. Safe area for families. The place was clean, same as the pictures. Every day they clean the rooms. Christian was very helpfull, we recieved a clear and simple instructions for check in and check out, and he was available for us during the stay. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent since its near the Vatican and near tons of highly reviewed restaurants and cafes (especially for breakfast), plus its near a metro station and bus stations and walking distance from the Angelo Castle . The host, Christian was extremely accommodating and knowledgable as he helped us a ton on how to navigate through the city, like recommending special spots to see and even explaining when is best to visit certain areas. Plus, he was available at all times regrading everything, especially regarding needed help in the room too, such as fixing the fridge or extra toiletries, as thanks to him everything was handled nearly immediately. We came back everyday to a clean and tidy room thanks to the staff. All in all highly recommend.

This hotel is excellent, with a great location that makes getting around very convenient. One of the best features is the ability to check in at any time with a self-service option, which is incredibly flexible. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are all kind, friendly, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect if you are aiming to visit the Vatican. Also, transportation was convenient as the bus stop was only 3 mins away from the house. There are nearby supermarket (PAM) at the back and restaurants near the road for easy access. The attendants were very pleasant and helpful as they helped me carry my luggage up the stairs because there is no elevator.

I was just surprised by the smaller size of the room, I didn't expect it based on the pictures on the website.

Great location, less than a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. The Ottaviano metro station is also nearby (about 20 minutes). The room was very clean and serviced daily. Ideal for those looking to explore Rome. Importantly, from the moment we booked, we had excellent communication with the owner.
